It's a fantastic hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. They are always there for you. The breakfast is fine, but so is the evening meal. The only thing is that you are relatively far from the surrounding cities, so a car is a requirement.

Lo staff alla reception fa lo stresso necessario, mentre quello delle pulizie è veramente scarso. Un giorno si sono dimenticati di pulirci la camera da letto, e per scusarsi ci hanno mandato una signora che ci ha potuto solo rifarci il letto e cambiarci gli asciugamani. Inoltre, per scusarsi ci hanno portato in camera due calici di vino. Abbiamo lasciato la stanza alle 9 di mattina per proseguire il nostro viaggio in un’altra isola , per poi accorgerci - una volta aperto il bagaglio alle ore 12 - di aver lasciato un profumo nuovo abbastanza costoso allo Ftelia Bay. Così li abbiamo contattati, ma ci hanno detto di non aver trovato nulla. Una struttura ricettiva - peraltro con 4 stelle a prezzi decisamente alti - non può permettersi questo comportamento. Colazione non fa impazzire e la palestra piccola, sporca con attrezzature malfunzionanti.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout. The entire staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special shout-out to the breakfast and bar staff—they went above and beyond every day, always friendly and attentive. Their service truly made the experience even more enjoyable. And the female receptionist was super helpful in planning our visits around the island. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Excelente nuestra estancia allí. La habitación, el desayuno y la atención perfectos. Nos ayudaron en todo, incluso estuvieron pendientes de la llegada de nuestras maletas, las cuales las perdimos en Madrid y estábamos bastante angustiados. Solo echamos en falta que alguien de la recepción hablase español para poder entendernos.

My overall experience at the property could have been positive, but it was significantly affected by the behavior of the manager. He came across as extremely manipulative, unprofessional, and completely unfit for a leadership position. There was a noticeable lack of respect, both toward the staff and, indirectly, the guests. The general atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable, largely due to his attitude. It's unfortunate, because the rest of the team seemed genuinely dedicated and hardworking
