Very nice Hotel and excellent service. The hotel is great . The location is perfect . the receptionist is very polite. The lobby is spacious and their rooms are very clean and renovated.. the omelette in the breakfast is the best! The bus takes you to Mykono Center in only five minutes. We highly recommend this place.

My cousin and I stayed here for a week in September. Firstly the location was perfect. The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport and is a 2 minute walk to the beach. The beach also has a bus stop that will take you into Mykonos town in 10 minutes until the early hours of every morning. The lobby and pool area are very cool and well maintained. The room was perfectly adequate for what we required although the bathroom was a little small and a towel rail would be useful. The best thing about the hotel by far is the staff that work there. Everybody is kind and friendly and made our stay the best it could be. Angie and Fotini on the reception were particularly great, as they were always warm and happy and we enjoyed chatting with them throughout the stay. They also went over and beyond to help us book a boat trip and nothing seemed too much to ask. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back.

The only positive note is the location (2km from Mykonos) Hotel located in Ornos, declared as a 4 star, but based on my experience, I would not give it even one star. Old, poorly maintained and dirty are the only words that can describe this experience. The reception staff is kind, but the bar staff is rude and unprofessional. The room was very small… The only positive note is the bed, really comfortable. For the rest, everything to be thrown away: the drawers were dirty and the sheets were not changed for a whole week. Particular attention to the air conditioning pipe, left on the floor and leaking water on the floor; twice I almost fell onto the balcony. I found blood on the pillow, rust on the mattress topper and stains of unknown origin. I think they never washed anything. From the photos, the pool looked spectacular, but I never dived because the water was green and the bottom completely dirty. The spa unusable, a small hydro massage pool, closed.

Amazing hotel, extremely accommodating and helpful staff, clean and ideal location close to the beautiful Ornos beach. The hotel is also just a quick bus ride or 40 minute walk from town. The rooms were super comfortable and clean, the lobby and pool were modern, the hotel itself was quiet. We would definitely stay here again
