Very bad person handled in reception. Behaviour of the hotel workers are rude. Don’t book room in that hotel they will surely troubling you. Money is ours why buy an enemy from our cash. Many good bar hotels and rooms are available in Muvattupuzha if needed search in google and reviews

Actually i am visiting kabini palace 4, 5 times. Good for couples & family. And the old receptionist are good. Now a day i am visiting their. The new receptionist is irresponsible. I am asking something for the mam. And she is not responding for anything. That was i am seeing negative for their.

Poor staff behaviour. No hot water facility. Waited for 1. 5hr to get half bucket of hot water for bathing. The colour of water in bathroom tap was in brown colour when enquired about it housekeeping boy said they need to clean the overhead tank. Overall experience was very bad
