Upstairs: 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, lobby and WC. Downstairs: hall, washroom/WC, terrace and porch. Chalet has geothermal heating system, underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation and artesian well water. Separate sauna building (25 m²), washroom/WC, room with fireplace and open porch. Chalet with sensible layout, located on a sunny hillock on shore of Lake Muuratjärvi; plot level and grassy. From sauna gentle slope for 15 m to swimming shore, paths have slabs. Good fishing and berry picking opportunities. Nearest neighbour 150 m; this is owner’s other chalet (5144). Water in the tap comes from a well and contains some iron, which causes some taste in the water. However, it's examined and safe to use as a household water.
