Ancré dans le village depuis près de 50 ans, ce petit hôtel/resto/bar charme les visiteurs par son authenticité et par son accueil chaleureux. Ercan, sa femme et ses filles, reçoivent autant les voyageurs de longue durée que les visiteurs de passage, ainsi que les amis et les voisins (pour jouer de la musique et faire la fête). Les chambres (dans la roche) sont jolies, propres et confortables, fraîches en été, avec salle de bain privée et télévision. Les repas sont excellents. Petite note originale : le bar offre un série de cafés glacés ! Ercan parle français, espagnol et anglais. Mustafapasa reste un petit village, pittoresque et sympathique, loin de la foule touristique. Beaucoup de belles balades dans les environs. Des vélos sont à disposition.

Tranquil, personable - you feel at home here. Our host waiting up all night so we could catch our hot air balloon, something he really didn't need to do. Experience the real accadiccia. Incredile hikes nearby with NO ONE in sight. Stay here, not in Goreme. Trust me.

Completamente recomendable!!! Si quieres huir de los lugares masificados de La Capadocia este es tu sitio. Mustafapasa es un pueblo tranquilo, más auténtico que Goreme y los alrededores, pero lo mejor es Ercan y su familia. Ercan habla un español fantástico, te da consejos de muchos sitios a visitar (no obstante ha sido guia local), rutas andando, en bicicleta o en coche, en los que estas prácticamente sólo y que no tienen nada que envidiar a las visitas turísticas y megamasificadas, y en muchos casos incluso mejores (maravilloso ese valle verde escondido a escasos kilómetros del pueblo). Por las noches cena casera y estaba muy buena (además de abundante). Y el ambiente que se formaba junto a su puerta, con la estufa de leña y vecinos acompañando con musica muy top!! Hemos estado 4 días y ha sido todo un acierto!! Muchas gracias Ercan!!!

Because my hotel was overbooked, I was given a room at the Monestary Cave Hotel. What a disgrace! Not even worth a single star. Old, worn, and the bathrooms were unclean. The breakfast was a disgrace. A man in pajamas brought a few pieces of cheese, olives, jam, and a few slices of stale bread. No, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We discovered this establishment thanks to MEHMET and Nomade Aventure during a trip to CAPPADOCIA. Thanks to MEHMET for his superb hikes in all the valleys and for his kindness, his attentiveness, his professionalism. We loved Cappadocia. Thanks also to ERCAN for its warm welcome as well as from his wife. Their 2 charming young daughters also participate in the life of their hotel. We loved the troglodyte rooms. And what’s more, ERCAN speaks French very well. The meals are excellent, especially the very hearty breakfast before hitting the trails. WE RECOMMEND THE ESTABLISHMENT

Monastir cave hotel is the dirtiest, worst and most neglected hotel I have ever seen in my life!!! Don't go, the price is not affordable?! We had to stay in this hotel for one night, I slept on the chair, you can't sleep in that bed anyway, it smells everywhere. Unbelievable. Aren't these hotels inspected? It's a shame, it's a real shame...

Too bad. The rooms are extremely neglected, but most importantly, they are very dirty. There is a heavy smell in the rooms. The rooms we stayed in were very cold. Heating and service are inadequate. Staff are not concerned. I definitely do not recommend it.
