Excelente hotel. El servicio expectacular .Mustafa y Hakan Ali zade thank Son lo máximo . Las habitaciones un encanto. Estoy enamorada de Capadocia y su gente . Se los recomiendo a todos , es una experiencia increíble, por supuesto pienso volver en el futuro porque tiene tantas cosas tan lindas que no te alcanzan los días para ver estas maravillas y sus gente son personas muy amables y educadas . La comida ni hablar súper sabrosa .y unos dulces deliciosos . Que les puedo decir lo recomiendo 100% . No se van ha arrepentir. Vale la pena créanme . Es un paraíso . Vengo desde Miami y no me importa la distancia pienso volver por esto increíble . Gracias Turquía te amo .

2 aile olarak gittigimiz bu oteldeki deneyimimiz cok guzeldi. Otelin her odasi birbirinden farkli ve ozel yapiya ve dekorasyona sahip. Calisan ve gorevlilerin titizligi ve ilgisi cok guzeldi. 3 gece kaldik ve odalarimizin ici sicakti; bununla beraber Nevsehir’in guzel manzarasiyla, atmosferiyle yan yanasiniz. Otelin yaklasik 100-200m otesinde gezilebilecek sapel ve kiliseler var. Konum olarak her yere iyi bir mesafesi var. Kesinlimle tercih edilmesi gereken bir otel. Ayri olarak bizimle bizzat ilgilenen Fatma Hanim’a cok tesekkur ediyorum. Bize gosterdigi ilgi ve sicakkanliligi oldukca hostu. Samimi davranislariyla beraber buradaki seyahatimizi essiz kildi, tekrardan tesekkurler.

Ailecek yarıyıl tatilinde Kapadokya'yı gezmek için geldiğimizde bu otelde üç gece konakladık. Otel yeni açılmış olmasına rağmen hizmet anlayışı gelişmiş. Oda kalitesi olarak mağara içinde odaları ile otantik bir tatil ve konaklama kalitesi yaşayabiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltı kalitesi standart kalitede ve doyurucu türleri mevcut, kahvaltı konusunda bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Özellikle kahvaltı konusundan Fatma Hanım'ın özel ilgisi ve yardımı ailemizi çok mutlu etti ve güzel bir deneyim yaşamamızı sağladı. Ayrıca şunu ifade etmek isterim, sadece Fatma hanım değil tüm personel güleryüzlü, sıcakkanlı ve yardımseverdi Bu bölgede konaklama yapmayı düşünüyorsanız hiç tereddüt etmeden bu oteli seçebilirsiniz.

Temiz, konforlu ve nispeten lüks bir tesis ve misafirlerle ilgili bir personel davranışı gördük. Kahvaltı menüsü çok zengin olmamakla birlikte; standart olarak istediğinizi bulabileceğiniz bir menü mevcut diyebiliriz. Restoran çalışan Fatma Hanım, mükemmel bir iletişim ile misafir memnuniyetini çok önemsiyor ve küçük detaylar ve jestler sizi mutlu ediyor.

Kapadokya'nın en iyi oteli.
Otelde 2 gece konaklamak için geldik, normalde check-in saat 14.00 da yapılıyor ama otobüsümüz 7de vardığı için bizi sabah bekletmeden rezerve ettiğimiz odanın bir segment üstü odaya fiyat farkı almadan geçirdiler. Misafirperverlikleri ve ikramlarından bahsetmiyorum bile.
Özellikle restoran bölümünde çalışan Fatma Hanım'ın ilgilisi ve nazikliği gönüllerimizi fethetti, çift olarak ilk tatilimiz unutulmaz bir anıya dönüştü, teşekkür ederiz.
