Einfach und kurz gesagt; Wenn wir das nächste mal nach Urfa kommen, soll und wird es definitiv erneut dieses Hotel sein!
Lage; Perfekt! - 5Min. von der Altstadt und "Balıklıgöl" entfernt.
Personal; nicht zu überteffen! - Das Personal übertrifft sich selber an Freundlichkeit und Kundenfreundlichkeit. Das Vertauensverhältnis ist sofort aufgebaut.
Schaut euch nich nach Guides oder ähnliches um.... Das Personal und die Direktion ist bestens informiert und gibt gerne Tips und Tourenvorschläge.

Located next to Cappadocia University, the hotel’s doorstep leads to two excellent restaurants, making life incredibly convenient. The rooms in this hotel are elegantly comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The service is also very attentive, and the rooms are spotless. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious, making it truly a great value for money.

Otelin konumu olan Mustafa Paşa kasabası tarihi ve diğer gezilecek yerlere yakınlığı ile harika bir özellikte. Sakin bir bölge. Otelin restorasyonu sade ve şık. Abartı bir dekor yok. Kaldığımız oda 2 bölümden oluşuyor. Oturma ve yatak odası olarak. Banyo tuvalet ***et temizdi. Tek sıkıntı; duş kısmındaki gider eğimi yanlış. Su başka yerlerde birikiyor. Yatak çok rahattı. Ve yapının materyali özelliğinden geceleri ılık gündüz serin. Tavandan minik toz taş parçaları ile uyanabilirsiniz. O normaldir.yine de Güzel bir uyku çekiyorsunuz. Çalışanlar ilgili ve nazik. Yan taraftaki restoranda kahvaltımızı yaptık. Açık büfe değil ama en az 4 çeşit peynir, bal teryağ, reçel omlet, gözleme vs ile masayı donatıyorlar. Menüdeki yemekleri de ***et lezzetliydi. Servis biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Otopark problemi çekmiyorsunuz. Bir daha gidersem yine burayı yercih ederim. Tavsiye ediyorum.Genel olarak 9/10 puan veriyorum.

We booked 1 shared room for 3 adults half a year before the trip on booking. Upon arrival, we were given a double room and during our confusion, they brought in an extra bed for which they wanted to charge an extra fee. We strongly objected to this! The whole thing was as if the room we booked didn't exist. By the way, the hotel is located in a very cozy, quiet little village, with authentic furnishings and in the restaurant across the street we had an abundant delicious breakfast with friendly service. Despite our initial disappointment, we enjoyed our stay there with the attractions in the area.
