I stayed at Paradise Mansion on the 18th and 19th of April 2025. We stayed in rooms 304 and 305, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant due to several unresolved issues and poor service throughout our stay. Car Pickup Request: Upon our arrival, we had informed the front desk approximately 20 minutes before our arrival that we required assistance with our car as the property is located on a steep incline. However, upon reaching the property, we were made to wait for an additional 20 minutes before a driver was arranged to bring our car to the hotel. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Room Cleaning Issues: Day 1: We informed the front desk that the floor of our room was sticky and requested it be cleaned. Unfortunately, no action was taken. Day 2: We again requested room cleaning, and while we were out sightseeing, the front desk assured us this would be taken care of. Upon our return in the evening, we were told that the keys had not been handed over, so cleaning could not be done. Moreover, we were told that no staff was available after 6:00 PM, leaving us to stay in the same dirty room for both days of our stay. Additionally, when we asked for fresh towels, we were told that two towels were provided for the entire duration of our stay and no more would be given. Broken Mattress: Upon check-in, we reported that the mattress in our room was broken, with wires sticking out. Unfortunately, one of the staff members only placed a patch over it, which did not resolve the issue. After my child was injured due to the mattress, we were assured that it would be fixed soon. However, no one came to properly address the issue after that. Breakfast Service: The breakfast service was also extremely disappointing. There was no one available to serve items that were ordered, such as the omelet. We had to wait in a long queue to receive our food. Only one staff member was present at the restaurant counter, while the others were occupied with cooking, making the restaurant an absolute mess. Rude Staff: The overall attitude of both the front desk staff and restaurant attendants was rude and unprofessional. They were dismissive and uninterested in addressing our concerns. It felt as though the staff were more focused on shifting responsibility between each other, rather than providing service, which created a frustrating and unwelcoming atmosphere.
