The hotel is well maintained..The staff is excellent and the food is perfect ..location of hotel is excellent..overall a great experience ..the best part was its freezing outside and the have provided bed blacket heaters that was great for my 10 months old daughter ..thanks

I had a very comfortable stay at Sungrace Hotel in Mussoorie. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were spotless, and the overall hygiene standards were impressive. The food was absolutely delicious, making the dining experience delightful. One of the standout features was the complimentary drop and pick-up service to Mall Road, which added a lot of convenience to our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay in Mussoorie!

It was a very good stay with nice yummy food at bluepine restaurant. Sungrace Hotel will surprise you with the room quality, parking space and the great food it has to offer.

Location is quiet and views from the room and lobby are superb. Staff behavior was good and helpful. Enough Parking space is available.

We checked in the hotel and got very beautiful room on the terrace. Other family with us booked 1 family room that too on ground floor without any view and ventilation or proper wardrobe. And they were not able to exchange the room. Due to they have only 1 family room in the whole hotel. Then they had to pay extra for 2 different rooms on the first floor. The worst thing we faced there was the checkout time. Check out time was 10 am and breakfast time was also 10 am. Means we are not allowed to have a relax morning. We have to wake up at 8 and pack your bags following breakfast to check out at 10 am. It's like we have to left for daily morning office routine. We got irritated because of this rule.

Sung-race is a new facility with all modern amenities. The rooms and toilets are nice. Food is delicious and staff are helpful. Good parking facility for those coming in their own vehicles. The only set off is its distance from library chowk. However, they provide pick and drop to the library chowk which is a saving grace.
