We recently stayed at Hotel Vishnu Palace during our trip to Mussoorie, and it was truly a wonderful experience! The location is excellent—just a short walk from Mall Road, yet peaceful enough to enjoy the serenity of the hills. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered stunning views of the valley. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet which had a great variety. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, and the ambiance felt cozy and welcoming. A special thank you to Himanshu from the staff, who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. His polite behavior, prompt service, and helpful nature made a big difference. It’s rare to find such dedicated staff, and we really appreciated his efforts.

Nice Stay, good food & Awesome location... Overall it's a nice experience. Staff was good, It's location is near mall road which adds another reason to choose this hotel. Above all, a personal space for car parking is very much needed for a family trip which is there at Hotel Vishnu Palace...

Location was really good staff was really cordial the price was little bit high Room was clean and the breakfast was delicious while viewing outside the window view of mountains are really nice instead of ceiling fan wall fan was there which was not able to cover the whole room

It was excellent stay in Vishnu palace. I had 3 different room type bookings for 3 days and the reception staff helped me to merge into the one higher end room type without any cost.Thankful for that. Housekeeping staff is very helpful and always ready to help. Location is the highlight.. walkable to mall road without any restriction of vehicle to Vishnu palace. Coming to rooms, view was very great from the window. Room had all the regular facilities (except AC) Morning buffet was delicious with new items being added on all 3 days we were there. Suggestions: The toilet pot should be more cleaner. It looks rusty inside with little dirty water. In this global warming, I think time has come to have either AC or atleast dedicated Cooler in each room for summer season.

A comfortable stay with a lavish breakfast the hotel is nice ***** with food services rooms and location. The room had proper ventilation Staff was kind They prpvides proper bedding Bedsheets were clean Thank you for the stay A bit expensive though Scenery was beautiful Mussorie is very beautiful place to visit.

Nice stay .. with a nice location and nearby to Mall Road .. highly recommended .. food quality is also good. Rooms are very clean and size of rooms are good. The view from our rooms are also nice Bonfire facilities also provided by this hotel and staffs are very cooperative

Wonderful property at the heart of the city. It is located just 50 meters from library. Ample onsite parking is available. The rooms are Spacious, neat and clean. They offer fresh and sumptuous food from inhouse restaurant. All at affordable rates and above all, courteous and efficient staff.

The experience with Hotel Vishnu Palace was amazing. The food was worth trying.... Himanshu from the first kitchen is very sweet and polite... The presentation and gesture was amazing. The best part is that Hotel Vishnu is pure Vegetarian.
