When we entered the hotel it was in absolute shambles, the entrance was undergoing construction work which was a massive tripping hazard for our young kids- 4 year old and a 4 month old. When we spoke to the reception we queried if their junior suite was the highest category room because we could see clearly nothing else would suffice given the state of the property. The receptionist confirmed that the junior suite is their highest category and they have given us the best room at the hotel. When we entered the room it had a disgusting sewage smell alongwith smell of moisture and dirty bedsheets. The balcony they charged and advertised for was very dirty and inaccessible due to monkeys at the property. Their heating equipment was extremely outdated and there was a cold beeeze coming into the room. We realised instantly we had made a bad choice this time. When we went to the reception to cancel our booking they didn’t offer us an upgrade because that was their best room, they just said they have another room in similar category which we might like. Then the manager rudely highlighted that we had booked standard junior suite and they had a better junior suite which was a lie because at our entry they said they had granted us the best room at the hotel. We didn’t want to waste our time any further with kids feeling cold and hungry due to the wasted time and effort hencewhy we have to leave. The hotel was absolutely disgusting.

We came here with the family and friends. Enjoyed the stay at Pride Ashiyana Resort. Nice hotel . And location is superb. The view from the skydeck was breathtaking. Very close to the mall road. Will recommend this hotel to everyone. Hotel staff was very cooperative and very friendly.

Today i stayed at Pride Ashiyana and had a very pleasant experience. The property is well-maintained with a modern yet welcoming ambiance. Check-in was smooth and efficient and the front desk staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Thank you for the excellent services.❤️

It was our first stay at Pride Ashiyana Resort but definitely it will be our only choice for all our future visit to Mussoorie. Rooms, staff hospitality, mountain's view, mall road location and food deserves above five stars. Large open Sky Deck was so lively with live music in the evening. Meals will be another reason for this hotel to be our one and only choice.

We stayed in pride ashiyana resort mussoorie hotel loction is very good it's just walkable distance from mall road view from hotel is amazing you can see himalayan range from the terrace in evening time we enjoyed live music with nature we ordered food which was delicious hotel staff was very cooperative and helping nature we recomend every one once visit this property and have experience once.

Service was great!! On time !! Rooms were clean, location is great, towards Library Chowk- Bang on Mall Road and close to every commercial joint and spaces! Staff were courteous!! Satish Bhandari took good care of us in the cafe!! Kudos team!!

Pride ashiyana resort is good . Food is really awesome shef prdeep rawat made very delicious fried rice , Cold coffe, veg Manchurian and paneer payja very tasty...we stay there for two days with my kids and their cousins. They enjoy a lot with nice hospitality. Staff is very cooperative.. Shikha joshi
