Our stay at Jaypee Residency was nothing short of a delightful experience, truly elevated by the stunning views the property has to offer. It felt like nature itself was putting on a show just for us — absolutely out of the box and unforgettable! We genuinely enjoyed every moment at the hotel and, to be honest, there was so much to explore and do within the property that we never felt the need to step out. Right from the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by Priyanshu, a young and energetic team member who made our check-in process smooth and comfortable. His positive attitude set a great tone for our stay. The dining experience was another highlight — the food was amazing! A big thanks to Mr. Kuldeep Chauhan and his wonderful team for making every meal feel special. From Captain Mr. Sobhit, Mr. Negi, Rishabh, Aman, Shubham, Ganesh, and many others — their friendliness, attention to detail, and willingness to serve the best made us feel truly cared for. Like any place, there were a few hiccups ***** the way — we did notice some issues with housekeeping and a slight pungent smell in the room. However, what truly stood out was how the team took it seriously. Thanks to the proactive response from the Front Office Manager and a helpful young lady at the reception, the matter was quickly addressed, showing their commitment to guest satisfaction. All in all, Jaypee Residency is a place where you can lose yourself in the beauty of the surroundings while being cared for by a team that works hard to make your stay comfortable. I sincerely hope the wonderful team members mentioned above receive the appreciation they deserve — their dedication truly added warmth to our luxurious experience.

U had exceptional stay at Jaypee residency manor Mussoorie from the moment I arrived the staff went above the beyond to ensure my comfort ans satisfaction .the front desk team was welcoming and effecient miss Priya jail ,Mr.narendra ,Mr.shubham,Mr Vijay singer all are too courteous .the attention to detail,professionalism and warm hospitality truly made this a memorable experience .I will definitely be returning and recommend this hotel to others

Our stay was generally good. However, the evening snacks options were limited. We had booked dinner, but since the hotel didn't have sufficient room bookings, they didn't offer a buffet. Instead, we had to choose from the menu. On the plus side, the property's location was convenient

Property is awesome.. good place to spend 3/4 days with family .. kids can enjoy ... Staff is very co operative .. food quality is good .. overall good experience

Excellent stay , great property , homely environment Thanks to Ajay at the reservation desk He gave us a great deal and we would love to visit again The views are fantastic , services are top notch Ev charging station is present at the property . 10 to 15 minutes drive to Mussoorie mall road Fopd is excellent but bit on the costly side . Now the cons High tea is not good at all . They dont serve much alonf with the tea and coffee the way other 5 star properties do . Breakfast is okay ish these are the only two issues I had with the property . Rest everything else was top notch
