Excellent location. Nice food. Breakfast buffet is with wide choices so is dinner. Car parking is with direct access. Very courteous staff.

Strategically located near the Mall Road from library chowk , easy connect to dhanaulti and Kempty falls .. Decent ITC property with courteous and helpful staff … Special Kudos to Prabhat for assisting in reservations and everything you are looking for in terms of services ! Chef Ranjan another humble guy and provides food to perfection !!

The food and ambience was awesome. Suryansh helped a lot with the menu recommendation and I must say his recommendations were top notch. If you visit Musoorie, this resort is highly recommendable. THANKS A LOT THANKS SURYANSH FOR SERVICE .

The hotel is bang in the centre of library chauk which is a great advantage, as strolling unto Mall Road becomes extremely easy. Staff are courteous and helpful. However rooms tend to be small and you will feel the space constraint if you are planning to stay longer than 2 nights. Food may not be their strongest asset and offerings mediocre but still better than other 2 star hotels. Overall the stay was comfortable but could improve. While you will not be disappointed with your stay you do expect more from the Fortune hotels

This is a great place. We can view the mountains surrounding the resort. The staff of the resort are very friendly. I love to recommend this place. I love Indian food and many places in Mussoorie. Joyful and pleasant life can be found in Mussoorie. Himanshu

Our stay at Fortune Mussoorie was nothing short of extraordinary ! From moment We arrived ,We wew greeted with warm and impeccable hospitality that made us fell like VIPs . In every aspect hospitality services, Food , location and accommodation-This hotel truly delivered an unforgettable , world class experience . I still remember the exceptional hospitality of staff member Mr.Hom and FO team. they went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect .

I recently dined at Orchid with my family and we were all thoroughly impressed by the food. Each dish was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. From the appetisers to the main courses, everything was a hit. We all just loved it… We would surely visit again to this property

We stayed in fortune resort grace mussoorie it was very comfortable stay in this resort I can not mention any staff name because all staff is very polite & well educated. well managed thing.
