Property was good and view from room was also good, food was also really good. Rooms and bathrooms were also clean and hygiene was maintained.
They helped us pick and drop and also helped us visit late night to visit the doctor.
I would recommend 100% as the staff was really good and helpful and our stay was really pleasant.

over all the stay was great experience in spite of the fact that it is very steep down from mall Rd. one can't reach by self, other wise rooms are very comfortable and spacious, staff was very courteous and well mannered, pick and drop facility from mall was good relief, feel like coming again to the property

Our stay at Phoenix was wonderful, the mall road was just 1 minute by walk form the hotel, room was neat and clean with a beautiful view from the window, staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property is located on prime location view from the room was amazing, rooms were big in size and neat and clean, the staff was very much friendly they arranged taxi bike etc for us easily .....will stay again

The experience was great and I will give 4 out of 5. They have all the services and facilities, however, when I checked the bathroom the toiletries were not available though when asked they provided in jet speed but if the same would have already been there would have rated 5 stars. Overall experience was Good.

My stay at the hotel was below expectations due to several issues with basic amenities and services.
The room was not cleaned daily, which affected overall hygiene and comfort.
There was no dental kit provided initially, and I had to ask for it separately.
The quality of the body wash and shampoo was quite poor and did not feel usable.
Food quality was also disappointing — while the rice was cooked properly, the chicken seemed stale and possibly from a previous day.
Overall, the experience needs significant improvement in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and food quality.

awesome stay there , must try to stay here if rooms are available there ,
housekeeping , food , staff everything is perfect ..must consider it while visiting mussorie
