Hotel Phoenix

Property was good and view from room was also good, food was also really good. Rooms and bathrooms were also clean and hygiene was maintained. They helped us pick and drop and also helped us visit late night to visit the doctor. I would recommend 100% as the staff was really good and helpful and our stay was really pleasant.

over all the stay was great experience in spite of the fact that it is very steep down from mall Rd. one can't reach by self, other wise rooms are very comfortable and spacious, staff was very courteous and well mannered, pick and drop facility from mall was good relief, feel like coming again to the property

My stay at the hotel was below expectations due to several issues with basic amenities and services. The room was not cleaned daily, which affected overall hygiene and comfort. There was no dental kit provided initially, and I had to ask for it separately. The quality of the body wash and shampoo was quite poor and did not feel usable. Food quality was also disappointing — while the rice was cooked properly, the chicken seemed stale and possibly from a previous day. Overall, the experience needs significant improvement in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and food quality.

Stay was quite good, room was very spacious and also neat and clean. Staff was polite. Property is in steep slide and is near mall road just 5 min walk

The property is located on prime location view from the room was amazing, rooms were big in size and neat and clean, the staff was very much friendly they arranged taxi bike etc for us easily .....will stay again
