The stay was lovely and food was really good. Claridges lives upto their name when it comes to hospitality. They also offer complimentary shuttle service to Mall Road so it’s easier to explore Mussoorie.

one of the finest properties you can find in hills. location is absolutely perfect away from maddening mall road crowd but also not too far, just few minutes away.
staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness.
room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards.
property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months.
food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced.
each staff is very polite & humble.
property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill.
property approach is easy & not too steep, easily manageable with any car type.

I had a wonderful stay at Claridges Nabha Residence! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a perfect mix of relaxation and activities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. From the comfortable rooms to the delicious dining options and stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway. Looking forward to returning soon!

VERY BAD experience in Nabha. We booked 4 nights for our family. We were super excited for our trip however Hotel is SUPER BAD choice for family guests as they permit late night loud parties right outside the rooms. Repeated requests to reception does not make any difference. In fact the reception discloses the room number to the unruly guests creating a serious breach of security for the suffering guests. We thought we are paying a premium for privacy and decent guests but there is no privacy and guests are indecent and management allows such hooligan guests. We are sharing our nightmarish personal experience. We hope you will choose a safe property that offers peace and privacy at mid night. Nabha is NOT the right choice. Certainly not for family guests.

Exceptional Stay with Best Hospitality! We were group of school friends outing almost after a decades. Most comfortable stay with warm and courteous service. Food is something I’ll go back 100 times. Property is impeccable well managed kudos to the leadership. It’s not easy to run luxury hotel in hills. Best of Luck to Mr. Ghosh - The General Manager.
