Ramada by Wyndham, Mussorie Mall Road - Amazing Ambience and Excellent Hospitality We had a family tour to Mussorie last week and stayed at Ramada by Wyndham, Mussorie Mall Road for three Nights. Duration of stay: October 2, 2024 to October 4, 2024 We had a comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located. On our arrival at the picture palace,we were greeted by the hotel staff who arranged for our luggage to be taken to the hotel and took us by car to the hotel. The welcome drink was refreshing and the check-in process was swift. We found the rooms very neat and tidy. All amenities such as hot pot, Coffee/Tea/Milk powder/sugar satchets were provided in sufficient quantity. Plenty of Drinking water bottles too were provided during our entire stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning up the room during the time we went for sight-seeing. After our sight-seeing each evening we were delighted to have the complimentary High Tea with snacks. Late evening during dinner we enjoyed the live music. The room had a large screen TV. We had an issue with the room access card which was promptly attended to and set right. Breakfast at the hotel included hot and delicious Paranthas, Poori, Sabji, Dosa, Idlis,upma,poha,salads, corn flakes, Bread/Butter/Jam, Cup Cakes/Donuts choice of Fruit juice water melon/orange/ smoothies etc., (Non vegetarian dishes were also available) Thanks to the excellent service of Front desk team of Ms. Paridhi Parihar, Mr. Shoor Veer and team, Mr. Sandeep and F&B team for the delicious breakfast/dinner and housekeeping team Mr.Gokul and team for the amazing time we had at Ramada, Mussorie I would definitely recommend my friends/family to experience the excellent hospitality at this hotel. ********************

Food & hospitality was awesome during my stay at your hotel,staff members are very humble & taken due care of our any small needs Altogether it was a good stay.only thing which I would like to suggest is there should be provision of hydrolic lift ,thanks to all

Ramada by Wyndham at Mussoorie has provided excellent service throughout our stay for 3 nights. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We had a variety options available for food - breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food was tastier as well. At the time of dinner, there was also a great singing which we enjoyed listening to melodious songs. Any feedback given were immediately taken care of. The entire Ramada team ( Receptionist - Ms. Paridhi and team), (Restaurant - Mr.Sandeep and team), (House keeping - Mr.Gokul and team) were very kind and supportive. Ramada is a beautiful property located amid-st mall road. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Food was equally good. Rooms are spacious with all basic amenities available. Evening hightea was best. A must visit.
