We stayed at the Royal Orchid on a family trip. The location is extraordinary with fantastic views throughout the hotel. The rooms were beautiful! We were upgraded so that we could have 2 rooms on the same floor. The most impressive part of the visit was the wonderful staff with fantastic customer service. The GM Mr. Manohar greeted us as we arrived and stopped to see how our stay was going throughout our time in Musoorie. The manager, Mr. Shubham, was incredibly attentive and gave us his cell number to use for anything needed. At the restaurant, the live singer was outstanding, with a beautiful voice. At the restaurant, Balbir Ranna was extremely attentive, catering to our food requests, and was so nice. The other staff, such as Suneel Pandey and Sanjay, were also very helpful whenever we needed transportation or other help. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the Royal Orchid Fort highly! Thank you!

This was our second stay at Royal Orchid Fort Resort, Mussoorie, and it was just as perfect as the first! The property is stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful ambiance, making it ideal for a family getaway. A special thanks to Shubham for his kind and attentive support throughout the booking process and during our stay. The hospitality here is truly exceptional. Highly recommend!

We went to this resort for the second time during new year event. Everything went well. Location is amazing with ample amount of car parking. Hotel has several beautiful decks to watch the natural beauty of Mussourie. Hotel staffs are very helpful. Many thanks to Shubham, Gyanendra, Kabir, OM, Balbir, chef Rakesh Tiwari and GM Manohar ji. Hope to visit this property again in coming days.

What an excellent experience of being here. What an amazing hospitality by the staff specially Mr. Chandra Sen the restaurant manager and Mr. Manohar hotel GM provided us best possible services. We were in a large group on 25 people and everyone is so happy and satisfied from the services.

The hospitality at hotel was impeccable Excellent buffet at breakfast and all the meals were yummy.the rooms were vey nicely done with amazing view The location of hotel is excellent n easily approachable from mall road Overall our stay was awesome
