It was very nice and staff was so polite. Service was good. Best part was breakfast and dinner we had at property, it was so amazing. Loved it. Every item was so tasty.

Nice ambience and location of the hotel. All the staff is so cooperative and nice. Everything is made available on guests request. They never say no and don't even argue. And the best part is the food. The quality, taste and standard of the food is above the mark. Must go and try....great experience

Piyush Patel hotel management is lier. I stayed there on Jan 7 and * . No internet. Tremendous Monkey problem. They entered my room an took away my heart, Diabetes and BP medicines. Took away my food. They would not allow me to checkout even though they did not have internet and Wifi. mr. Chandan was a cunning ***. . Mr Gurupreet was obnoxious NEVER STAY at this hotel. Horrible food.NO Hot water either.None of my friends should stay at this cheater Hotel. This is nothing but "MONKEY BUSINESS" here at this hotel.

Everything from staff, services, cleanliness to views was mind blowing. Will definitely visit this place again and again and recommend it to everyone who is planning yo visit mussoorie. And lastly the food was the best.

The room was nice, hotel location is too good and you can get direct access to the local market, You will get a beautiful view to the hills. The food was nice including breakfast and dinner but breakfast timing is bit late

Very cosy and comfortable stay. Hotel is situated near the Mall Road and their friendly staff welcomed us like it’s our home away home in the hills. Mussoorie is our next home from now on. We loved the people and their hospitality here.

A perfect place to stay in Mussoorree if you are not looking for a five star hotel but you want all the amenities of one. Superb valley view. Excellent food and very polite and courteous staff. If you really want to enjoy opt for their valley view rooms.

Our stay at The pride was just amazing. Service, food, rooms, everything is top notch. Would highly recommend this place. The skyline view from the rooms is just wow. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Rooms and toilets are very clean. Also, they have great space for hanging out within the property and conduct bonfire. Would Highly recommend!
