I had an extremely disappointing experience and would strongly advise others to avoid this place. They promised to provide a bonfire as part of the package, but when the time came, it was nowhere to be found. Despite repeatedly asking the staff about it, I was given vague responses and no real solution. This lack of follow-through on their promises left me feeling completely misled and frustrated. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns with courtesy and a willingness to help, they seemed indifferent and uninterested in making things right. The service was far below expectations, and it felt like they simply didn’t care about the customer experience. The overall atmosphere was underwhelming, and the lack of attention to detail and poor communication made it a thoroughly unpleasant experience. For a place that makes promises to attract customers, they failed miserably in delivering even the basics. I will not be returning, and I highly recommend others to look elsewhere if they want a place that values their guests and provides what is promised. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment! 😥

goSTOPS " Hostel at " Hussain Gunj Library road " on Mussoorie Library road highway.Situated at the peak of a hillock having a bird's eye view of Doon Valley and the Garhwal mountain range of the Himalayas. NOTE:- In Mussoorie " goSTOPS" has 2 hostels. The other hostel besides this is" goSTOPS " Picture Palace Road.Require private transport like a 2- wheeler for commuting from goSTOPS Library road as it is inconvenient located on Dehradun - Mussoorie Library Road highway approx 1.5 Km from Mussoorie Library Chowk. Manager Miss Shagufta was very helpful as also the staff.Excellent ambiance and got a feeling of living on a hill station farmhouse.

Library Chowk is a bustling intersection in the heart of Mussoorie. It is named after the library that once stood here, but the library is now gone. The Chowk is still a popular place to meet friends, shop, and eat. There are many restaurants and cafes here, as well as a few shops selling souvenirs and trekking gear. The chowk is also a good place to start a walk or hike in the surrounding hills.
