The hotel doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Its an old hot at one of the busiest points of the town. Though they have parking it’s always full. Rooms are very small and stinking. Bathroom is terrible, worse than budget hotel. Food quality is extremely poor. Only positive is some of the staffs are very good. Stay away from this hot. It wont worth even 1500 rupees per night.

Location is the best, very close to library and mall road. Service and food is the best. We visited with family and enjoyed the stay. Valley view from balcony was awesome and we spend hours sitting there. Thanks hotel shelton team.

Excellent staff, good location, good view from room, parking available. Overpriced room even if peak season. . Booking through mm t was even exorbitant. Not a value for money. Limited menu breakfast - no fruits and only one main dish apart from poha. Restaurant charges are very high. Would recommend to go for lunch and dinner at various restaurants on mall road.

They have limited parking space so always ask them first whether parking will be available or not their breakfast has limited items not worth money.

The location of the resort is excellent. Rooms were very clean and spacious specially the forest view one’s. Mr. Pankaj and his staff are very well mannered and provided whatever they promised. Food was very good. They helped us in every aspect and tried to provide support. I recommend this resort for having a relaxed time away from city life.

Overall stay was quite good. Rooms were well decorated with continuous hot water. The staff was very courteous and polite and food was quite nice.
