3-Star Hotels in Muskegon

We decided to do a staycation for midwinter break and tried out the Shoreline hotel. The pool and hottub were great but we did notice that one hottub was warmer than the other. It worked out nice though for the kids to go into. Our rooms heat was broken the first night so it was very cold. The next morning the hotel worked with us to try and fix it and then moved us to a new room for our second night when they couldn't fix it. All the staff was very nice and helpful.

This hotel was very well located and spotlessly clean. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. It is also close to the ferry landing to Wisconsin. There is very little in the way of a view outside the hotel windows, but they never promised one! I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the indoor pool and games! The room was pleasantly larger than I thought it was going to be and updated. The bathroom was larger than a usual hotel bathroom too. Enjoyed our stay! Sarah

Overall not bad, the only downside is that the room was not finished on the day of check-in! There are no taxis there, and it is good to provide the number at the front desk of the hotel. Let us call the car! Uber is not good at that signal! But the hotel overall is not bad
