Repeat customer to this location. Another great stay, but the bathroom lighting needs to be improved. Way to dark.

Motel is nice and looks updated. In a nice area/location. Pool only no hot tub. October and pool feels great. 20 min from Fort Benning museum. Breakfast was good. Pancakes, cinnamon rolls, juices, eggs sausage, gravy & biscuits.

It's your regular Hilton Garden Inn with the lovely colors, open lobby, engaging bar and all the other amenities, but the staff here go out of their way to make you feel at home. We had a great check-in and the counter staff was always willing to help with tourism needs and suggestions for dinner, etc. And every day we got a text asking if our stay was going well, did we need anything?, etc. Never had a hotel do that! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Other things to note - there's a lovely lake out back with a place to sit and enough the sunset, maybe have a drink. Ducks are at the lake so if you have kids they will enjoy seeing them. There's a walking trail, too, so a nice change from the boring fitness room.

We stayed overnight in Columbus. The front desk staff is welcoming and the lobby is updated and bright. The king room was a dungeon. One large lamp in the room with a few book lights by the bed and the lone chair by the window. They have a desk with a lamp that's useful for putting on makeup IF you thought ahead to bring a mirror. The bathroom is very dark with led lights in the mirror. It also doesn't have an exhaust fan so it becomes a sauna. Will rethink staying at Hilton Brand hotels.

Nice quite stay, this was a hidden gem, nice room. Breakfast cooked to order, Wanda was great such a blessing and excellent communication. Very clean hotel with great people. Anything you need just ask. Wanda you was amazing see you on our next visit.

I am SO glad this hotel reopened after 2 years, back at my favorite place. Fully renovated it is the nicest stay around Columbus. This hotel is nestled in a quiet area with a small lake so it’s peaceful after a long day of travel and a long working

I recently stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn; the best quality is the LOCATION! It's a nice view, but not well maintained. My room was not thoroughly clean, the bed sheets did not look clean and had wrinkles in them, as if they were not completely changed from the last guest. The hotel is dated, the carpet smelled bad, the room itself had a moldy smell, the shower area had dirt grime build up. The housekeeping staff needs training. Oh, monitor your bill closely, they will charge you extra fees. The television selection is HORRIBLE, and the internet. I didn't dine in because of the hotel's uncleanliness. The front desk manager, black lady, needs special training in customer service, she did not make me feel welcomed. I would only recommend this hotel because of the lake it sits near and the privacy.

I’ve stayed at more than 50 properties across the country and I don’t think I’ve been in one that is quite so dirty. Carpets in common areas were dirty, room carpets and furniture were dirty. Would have rated it a 2 but they have some of the best staff I’ve ever encountered. Breakfast waitress, multiple ladies at desk on September 14 and 15 were fabulous. The food is good in the kitchen as well. Place needs to be cleaned up but kudos to your staff.

Wanda at the front desk was so friendly. I felt like I was staying in her home the way she greeted me and treated me during my stay. Takara who worked in the restaurant was very consciousness and very aware of the customers. Very sweet and was checking on everyone during their meal. Quiet, clean hotel. Lovely walking area outside.
