The location is good and convenient for traveling. It is close to the main road and is very close to the IKEA Food Court or other places. It is also close to the airport.
The room is relatively tidy.
The front desk service attitude is good.
This is my second stay and I can extend my check-out until 1pm for free.

Not a bad hotel for the money. Clean, comfortable bed. Tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water. Breakfast is modest, but you won't leave hungry. They promptly answer questions on WhatsApp. Of the minuses, there are no slippers, poor sound insulation, sockets are not suitable for our chargers. They asked for an adapter. They promised to bring it to the room, but it never arrived.

At first, I was given a patio room with no sunlight. After I changed it, I was given a smoking room on the first floor. There was a smell in the corridor. I stayed in many hotels, and checking out at 2pm was a basic operation, not compensation. There are rental cars nearby, it's very noisy, and there are no restaurants. It's not close to anywhere. Not recommended. . The hotel is in a good location, with plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee houses, takeaways etc nearby. I got the 8 bus direct from the airport and walked 20mins from the stop to the hotel, which wasn’t too difficult, and costs less than £1 (400 baisa). I had a super king room to myself, with bottles of water and tea, coffee etc replenish each day. The bed was massive and extremely comfortable, I struggled to get out of it each morning, but had to as I wanted to be out seeing the city. A large tv is in the room with multiple channels, and the shower room is fantastic with toiletries etc provided. The staff were all friendly and helpful, all working hard to keep you happy, especially Pritam and Shaan, who are diamonds at the hotel, I was welcomed with tea and dates/figs when I walked in, and I had some great chats with them. Breakfast is buffet style and has a lot of options available, with karak chai/tea, coffee and juices available. You will be more than happy with the food here, and they also have drinks etc available downstairs in their cafe bar, if you want to buy drinks throughout the day. The hotel is clean, has a gym which is open til late, and there is tea and dates/figs available at reception/lobby area 24-7 - a welcome treat each day you go out and return after a weary day out! The beautiful Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is a 25min walk away or a short taxi journey, managed to fit in a visit and it was amazing! There is also a prayer room at the hotel if you need it. There are local buses that take you to the souk/markets, museums, etc or you can take a taxi. I loved the hotel, and the staff made my stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would return again! Thank you!

We were here the week after last and we couldn't be more happier with our stay! If I'm being honest, the main reason we opted for this place was because of their competitive rates since we'll only be there for 2 nights and will be out most of the days anyway. So, we were not expecting much at all knowing it's a 3 star hotel, but we were blown away! The ROOM was soooo great, looks new, clean, and spacious. The service and the breakfast was great! The location is very accessible to the center, malls, and most of the sightseeing places. What really amazed me was the cleanliness of the facilities inside the room, it was 5 star level!

Very convenient for staying overnight near the airport and quite central to the main areas of interest in Muscat. We didn't try breakfast. Spacious and clean room. The only negative note is the fact that it is poorly soundproofed. Convenient parking in front of the hotel.
