I have never seen such conditions in my life: cockroaches of all sizes crawled on the floor and walls, dirty linen, old furniture and plumbing, ready to fall apart. I had one night booked, I covered the bed with my sheets and lay on top of it, everything was so dirty and unpleasant. Loud music played at night until 4 o'clock. It was so audible that it seemed like there were no walls at all. The elevator was old - it rattled so much that the walls vibrated. The only plus was the location, right next to the port, that's why I booked one night in this slum.

(バスルームの天井に20㎠程のナゾの穴が開いてたのと、夜中もエレベーターの到着音が気になった)。
スタッフはとても親切
(海外用のプラグを忘れて半泣きだったのですが、
隣のお店に一緒に行って、買うのを手伝ってくれた)
場所も良い
(フィッシュマーケットの目の前、マトラスークにも歩いて行ける)

Murtha is a small and human city where you can walk around.The hotel is close tu a supermarket which is very convenient….it is the perfect place to stay in Muscat especially if you do not have a car.Yhe public bus stop in front of the hotel

Hotellet var utmärkt vad gäller läge, personal och dessutom har man en takrestaurang med rättigheter för öl och vin. Hotellet är något slitet, men inte så att det är något problem. Det är dock mycket lyhört så att man hör folk i korridoren, hissklockan mm och dessutom har man en nattklubb som ofta spelar musik långt in på natten. Om man har minsta problem med störande ljud under natten kanske man skall bo någon annanstans.
