Club services for club guests are disappointing.
There's no drinks menu, and many of the food is only available in cans.
The food is the same as what guests who book half board get.
No parking garage, cars have to be parked outside, with sun protection, but with temperatures up to 50 degrees Celsius, it's insane. The elevators aren't air-conditioned and are as hot as a sauna.
The hotel is only partially renovated.
The best thing about it is the warm and very friendly staff.

The hotel is excellent. A bit tired, the mattress could be changed. Otherwise, it's great.
Breakfast - a huge selection. Freshly squeezed juices, salmon, sausages, lots of hot food, eggs cooked in different ways, as your heart desires. Lots of fruit. When it runs out, they update it, not always right away, but they do update it.
Location - there's nothing nearby that's worth attention. But a taxi is inexpensive, it takes 5-10 minutes to get to the Matrah area, practically all the life is there.
The staff is great. They'll help you, give you advice. All my requests were fulfilled the first time.
