W Muscat

Overall it is a very comfortable resort hotel and we had a great time staying here:) All the staff are very friendly. We communicated with the front desk and asked for a direct sea view, which was met if conditions allowed. The restaurant has many breakfast options, especially pastry, which has fresh fruits and vegetables and dips. Pathum prepared dessert for us on our last day which was a nice touch. The hotel also has direct access to Quarum beach, which is super comfortable for a walk. We visited the hotel's Ba Ban Chinese restaurant, which was decorated very lively for the New Year. Tried their spicy dragon Chinese cocktail, very spicy and interesting. The AG who served us was very considerate. Hope to come again someday :)

The view outside the room was great and the service was fast

I stayed in the hotel for two weeks, and placed an order for a four-day extension twice. I asked for a refund but was rejected... I am disappointed with the communication of the platform and the hotel service. I am drunk and I am giving a super bad review with my real name!!!

As expected of W, the hotel provides 360-degree thoughtful service from the entrance to the hotel, including delivering your hand luggage from the car directly to the room, parking and picking up the car for you, and guiding you directly to the room after checking in. The mini bar still has a variety of wines and Omani specialties. The full set of bathing is a SPA-level high-end niche brand skin regimen, which is super love! ! There are bar pools on the sixth floor and G floor, and the design is great! In addition to beach towels, there are also two large buckets of sunscreen at the entrance of the G floor swimming pool, which is considerate and meticulous. You can also swipe your card to go out to the beach. The opera house 1km away from W is connected to a high-end shopping mall gallery. I recommend an Omani state-owned figurine gift shop on the second floor. All made in Oman. You can buy high-quality frankincense and essential oils, etc.

The Opera House only takes 3 minutes to walk, which is very convenient. If you have time, it is recommended to buy a plane to go to the Opera House to experience the local opera. The quality is very high. The waiters are very friendly. The hotel is relatively new, the swimming pool is large and close to the seaside. The price/performance ratio is very high.
