Overall it is a very comfortable resort hotel and we had a great time staying here:) All the staff are very friendly. We communicated with the front desk and asked for a direct sea view, which was met if conditions allowed. The restaurant has many breakfast options, especially pastry, which has fresh fruits and vegetables and dips. Pathum prepared dessert for us on our last day which was a nice touch. The hotel also has direct access to Quarum beach, which is super comfortable for a walk.
We visited the hotel's Ba Ban Chinese restaurant, which was decorated very lively for the New Year. Tried their spicy dragon Chinese cocktail, very spicy and interesting. The AG who served us was very considerate.
Hope to come again someday :)

It was my birthday, so I chose the W Hotel! It was Oman's National Day, and the whole hotel was holding an event, singing and dancing, and guests could also participate. There were a lot of delicious food! The hotel's swimming pool is recommended, it's in the atrium! Anyway, I will stay here again

I want to start off with that the hospitality at this hotel was the best I have ever received. From the beginning I was greeted by Daniela who recommended the best places for me to visit and ensured I had everything during my stay. The pool is amazing with so much space and again the service was incredible. There is so much to do at this hotel from the bars and the roofop bar/restaurant which offers soo many different options of things to do. I would recommend this 100% and I will be staying here the next time I visit!

I stayed in the hotel for two weeks, and placed an order for a four-day extension twice. I asked for a refund but was rejected... I am disappointed with the communication of the platform and the hotel service. I am drunk and I am giving a super bad review with my real name!!!
