Sehr schöner und kommunikativer Frühstücksbereich im Garten. Am Strand gelegen, sehr hell und offen. Freundliches Personal und Probleme wurden schnell und nett behoben. ie Kommunikation im Vorfeld war stellenweise ein wenig mühselig, das Bad im 2Bett-Zimmer seeeeehr klein und eng. Schade war auch, dass die schöne Terasse einen etwas vernachlässigten Eindruck machte. Hinweis: Am Strand vor dem Hotel kann man nicht schwimmen. Die Fahrräder waren zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts leider ausser Betrieb.

Bon séjour au Lana Villa au début de notre séjour omanais. La maison est agréablement décorée, assez bien située pour visiter Mascate, les chambres spacieuses (surtout celles sur la mer) et correctes, les salles de bain par contre mériteraient une rénovation. Le petit déjeuner est assez varié. Le Lana Villa est un bon choix pour découvrir la capitale.

Wir waren hier am Anfang und am Ende unserer Reise in den Oman, jeweils für 2 Nächte. Beim ersten Aufenthalt waren die Zimmer zum Meer ausgebucht und wir haben ein Zimmer nach hinten raus bekommen. Dieses Zimmer war gefühlt das Schlechteste im ganzen Haus: wackeliger Schrank, dessen Türe ich beim Schließen in der Hand hielt mit durchgebogenen Drahtkleiderbügeln und einer Toilettentüre, deren Griff ich beim Aufmachen in der Hand hielt. Da ich hier nicht bleiben wollte, haben wir jedoch später ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Auch nach hinten raus, aber in Ordnung. Man muss natürlich auch den relativ günstigen Preis bedenken. Beim 2. Aufenthalt haben wir ein schönes Zimmer zum Meer bekommen. Damit war ich sehr zufrieden. Die Aussicht zum Meer ist wirklich schön und die Uferstraße vor der Unterkunft ist ruhig. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Gut war das frisch gemachte Omlette und die frischen Früchte im Glas. Leider habe ich an zwei verschiedenen Tagen einen Käse mit weißlichem Belag erwischt, den ich entsorgt habe. Den ganzen Tag standen Datteln, Kekse und Kaffee zur Selbstbedienung bereit. Das war eine sehr nette Geste. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht und hilft bei Fragen und Problemen gerne weiter. Uns wurde sogar vor unserer frühen Abreise um 6 Uhr ein Frühstück gemacht. Leider haben wir den Inhaber nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Er wurde uns vom Reisebüro für Tipps und Anregungen gerade zum Beginn der Reise empfohlen. Die nahe Lage der Unterkunft zum Flughafen ist sehr angenehm, Lokale und Geschäfte sind fußläufig allerdings kaum zu erreichen. Die Dachterrasse und die Aufenthaltsräume im Erdgeschoss sind hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft durchaus zu empfehlen, wenn auch einiges zu verrbessern wären.

- Nettes Ambiente in den Gemeinschaftsräumen - Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter - Großes Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick zum Meer, davor aber leider laute Straße - Große Betten - aber unbequem, weil übertrieben hart - Uralte wackelige Bad-Armaturen - Billige kaputte WC-Brille - Leckeres Frühstück mit kleiner Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Quark, Marmelade sowie etwas Obst und Gemüse. Omelett bzw. Eier werden auf Wunsch gereicht. - Entfernung zum Zentrum mit Hafen, großem Markt und Sultanspalast beträgt über 20 km! - Nähere Umgebung vom Hotel ziemlich schrecklich - Nachts sehr laut - Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise - Auf der Straße nachts immer wieder lautes Geschrei - Schlafen mit offenem Fenster unmöglich - Beach-Area vor dem Hotel wird komplett gewerblich genutzt - also echt kein Badestrand

Pretty beachfront accommodation which is amazing value. A bit hesitant to share as I feel like I found a gem! Very clean, well organised. Decent parking, excellent selection of things for breakfast. Welcoming staff. Air conditioning, clean, comfortable bed, good shower.

It's just like being at home. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The house and the room are spotless clean. The marble floor makes the temperature inside the house so pleasant. Highly recommended!!!

Such a lovely place and location. Looks just like the pictures and is welcoming and comfortable. The owners are very nice and make the stay a pleasure. Room was spacious and clean. Several comfortable outdoor areas to enjoy the view. Thank you for your hospitality.

We loved everything about Lana Villa. Our room was incredible, beautiful fixtures and a view that brought joy every time you looked. We arrived so early off our flight and you could not have been kinder to us, this continued throughout our stay. We absolutely loved breakfast as we are travelling to many countries and to have something wholesome and delicious was such a bonus. We also got many tips off fellow travellers as you have created a kind and helpful atmosphere. Thank you We did a fabulous hike behind the Mutra fort. We loved the restaurant Ocean the vegetarian curries were exquisite.

We had an amazing stay at Lana Villa. Ms. Rona was welcoming and professional, and the room was pristine with sea view. Breakfast is decent. The customer service was outstanding, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend Lana Villa for a relaxing experience.
