Residence Inn Temecula Murrieta

Good location, clean and spacious rooms. Very near walmart and other stores

First and foremost, we have been loyal Marriott customers for more than 20 years. We have stayed in our fair share of Marriott properties throughout the world (we have been Titanium members for the last 10 years). However, The Residence Inn at Temecula is not up to the Marriott standards in terms of cleanliness, service and customer-focused detail that we have been accustomed to with Marriott properties over the years. We had to change rooms 2 times because of the odor and our toilet was back up as well. Housekeeping, what a joke! Additionally, The staff is not empowered to even authorize complimentary water! Never, before have we experienced this. Please, check before you book your room! It may not be what you think other Marriott properties’ experiences are. My advice: find another property!

Super friendly staff, very helpful, really seemed to enjoy their job. Lovely property and very nice room. No problem with early check-in and late checkout. Breakfast was good!

The screen on the window was broken so I couldn’t use one of the windows, the door in the bathroom was damaged at the bottom and looked dirty, the burners in the kitchenette were permanently stained and it needed some general upkeep to be worth the price. For the cost I would want cleaner and nicer rooms.
