Very very good! Be sure to book a room facing the mountain.
At first I thought it was an old and run-down mountaineering hotel, but it was actually very exquisite. The amenities were from L'Occitane, and the hotel's internal facilities were also new, much better than what the photos showed.
The hotel facilities were also very convenient, with a swimming pool and a gym.
I was given a large piece of chocolate when I checked out!

This hotel is great. It is right opposite the station exit. The waiter was as warm as a friend and took the initiative to ask if we needed help with our luggage. Unfortunately, we booked too late and only got one room. The room was large, the bedding was comfortable, the breakfast was rich, and they gave us chocolate as a gift when we checked out. It is worth staying again

Love the stay at Eiger! Hotel was opposite the train station and butler was at the train station to help us with the luggage without even us asking for help. Got a room with the mountain view and it’s so beautiful! Definitely recommended and would love to come back to this hotel if we were to be back at Mürren. Thanks Adrian for helping us w the luggages to the train station when we are going back as well!

It was originally near the train station, but the train station stopped, and we had to transfer to a crane, which felt very inconvenient. Murren, Lauterbrunnen is the most beautiful place I’ve been to in Europe. Eiger Hotel was the perfect size to have all the amenities and retain the family atmosphere. Every meal we tried was amazing, especially the New Year’s Even set menu. Well done.

We traveled to Murren from Luzern and wow, what a place. The view from our balcony was jaw dropping beautiful. We took advantage of the pool, sauna, and relaxing room which were all wonderful. The robes in the room made it easy to pop over to the pool. The room was good size with the most wonderful door/windows. Where else can you look at the Alps while sitting on the john (lol). The staff were very welcoming and helpful including bar service. Also had delicious buffet breakfast and one dinner that was great. I even discovered my lost water bottle at the front desk after leaving it in the relaxing room. I can highly recommend airtime paragliding while you are in Murren - it was wonderful.

Our second time in Murren and first time at the Eiger! We LOVED it. We had a forest view suite but the view was INCREDIBLE. Loved sitting on my balcony enjoying my coffee and the birds every morning. Service was outstanding and we enjoyed the bar downstairs (watched several Euro Cup games!) and the dining room as well. We will definitely return!
