Very very good! Be sure to book a room facing the mountain.
At first I thought it was an old and run-down mountaineering hotel, but it was actually very exquisite. The amenities were from L'Occitane, and the hotel's internal facilities were also new, much better than what the photos showed.
The hotel facilities were also very convenient, with a swimming pool and a gym.
I was given a large piece of chocolate when I checked out!

This hotel is great. It is right opposite the station exit. The waiter was as warm as a friend and took the initiative to ask if we needed help with our luggage. Unfortunately, we booked too late and only got one room. The room was large, the bedding was comfortable, the breakfast was rich, and they gave us chocolate as a gift when we checked out. Love the stay at Eiger! Hotel was opposite the train station and butler was at the train station to help us with the luggage without even us asking for help. Got a room with the mountain view and it’s so beautiful! Definitely recommended and would love to come back to this hotel if we were to be back at Mürren. Thanks Adrian for helping us w the luggages to the train station when we are going back as well!

Murren, Lauterbrunnen is the most beautiful place I’ve been to in Europe. Eiger Hotel was the perfect size to have all the amenities and retain the family atmosphere. Every meal we tried was amazing, especially the New Year’s Even set menu. Well done.

One of kind family hotel. I completely impressed with their professionalism, and beautiful hospitality. Hereremains at the top of the pile for me. Rooms are excellent but the service from staff and the many food options are all first class. Go and enjoy.

Murren is a beautiful little town that is perfect for hiking. (we went in the summer) This hotel is located near the train station so the access is easy and it's a short walk from the gondola too. The restaurant is magnificent and the staff super friendly and helpful. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel, but it should be finished soon. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.
