Desk where you have to watch out for valuables, and you don't have the will to find your lost items. The black employee was very friendly, but the white middle-aged female employee lost her kindness.

Titanium Elite member staying on business. Was given 2 "complimentary" water bottles at check in. I drank one and took one with me when I checked out the next day. Upon receiving my bill in my email I noticed I was charged $8 for a water bottle. I called the hotel to find out what happened, but instead I was told I drank a bottle that the cleaning service noticed. I expressed I only drank the one given to me but the gentleman stood his ground that I was being charged. I stay 90+ nights a year in Marriott properties and have never been charged for water or drank from a mini bar. I hung up in frustration having it finally resolved by calling Titanium Elite member services. Very disappointed in the customer support at hotel and being charged for a "free water"

This is an older property but well kept. The only thing would be a deep of the carpet, especially in the common areas. Beds and bathrooms were clean, mattresses on the soft side. The breakfast selection was excellent with everything you would want.

Overall a great experience. The one thing that would be an improvement would be the doors for the shower and restroom areas in the room. When the doors are closed and the lights are turned on it is EXTREMELY bright in the room. WAY TOO bright. If we had small children, it would definitely wake them up. This is a poor design. Not enough to make me use another hotel, however it is very close to being a deal breaker.

Very roomy family-friendly suites with split bathroom. Separate bathtub/shower with well-lit sink/spacious counter; then a toilet room with equally spacious counter/sink made showers and getting ready in very timely manner. Couch and desk area very roomy also.

Def 5 star
We had a large room (suite?) that would have fit six if we used the pull out. It was soooo roomy and the BEST was a separate room for the toilet. What?!? That was awesome- toilet and sink in one room, shower and sink in another. I’ve not seen that before and it was great! Staff was great and the breakfast was really good for a buffet style. Coffee was good and the hotel was really clean - all around def 5 stars. Esp in today’s mediocre hotel status!
