Wir hatten ein Upgrade in die Selection Club Apartment bekommen und waren sehr zufrieden.Es war alles sehr sauber,das Bett gemütlich und die Küche auch ausreichend,um zwischendurch mal eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen zu machen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Das Essen sehr lecker.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Had a lovely time at Viva Blue. We stayed in one of the Royal Terrace apartments which had a great view from the terrace. Food was good and plentiful. The main pool was very cold. Fortunately the laned pool and the Selection Club pool were heated. The spa was good too. Only false note for me was Halloween. The hotel didn’t do anything for it which was very disappointing for the kids - especially when we could see that Viva Sunrise had made an effort for it. Baffling really - we were at PortBlue Pollentia last year for Halloween and they made a huge effort.

Bar service attitude to guests was very poor. Online table qr code driven ordering systems which staff did not process. We felt processed by this establishment.

Hotel was lovely, staff were all friendly, family room was big and spacious, pools were great, entertainment was great, kids activities were great. Best part having restaurant served food as part of all inclusive, buffet was breakfast and evening meal, lunch was ordered from pool bar menu and served. Great touch for us. Area was nice and flat and only a short walk too the beach. Overall a great family holiday

Pasamos dos dias en familia de la mejor manera. El trato del personal es inmejorable, hicimos amistad con Agustín y tuvimos el placer de conocer al director del hotel, Matias. Sin duda una experiencia que vamos a repetir, habitaciones grandes, camas comodísimas, y las instalaciones bien cuidadas y en perfecto estado.

Hemos venido a pasar unos días en familia y sin duda repetiremos. Comida de muy buena calidad con ingredientes gourmet, personal de lo más atento y amable ( agradecer a Agustín, Jesi, Sergio y al director, al que tuvimos la suerte de conocer.) Habitaciones limpias y con increíbles prestaciones (piscina privada climatizada). Nos ha encantado el detalle de la pulsera como llave para entrar en la habitación! Así nunca te la olvidas. En definitiva, una estancia muy agradable y recomendable! GRACIAS!

Nuestra estancia en Viva Blue & Spa fue espectacular. La habitación con piscina climatizada privada fue un lujo total, perfecta para relajarse con total privacidad. El desayuno, delicioso y variado, superó nuestras expectativas cada mañana. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Yesica y Agustín por su atención increíble, y al director, Matías, una persona excepcional que asegura que cada detalle sea perfecto. Una experiencia en familia inolvidable, hemos podido disfrutar de todas sus instalaciones (spa piscinas climatizadas etc)El trato de todo el personal inmejorable y muy cercano .
