Rented all 4 houses for guests of a wedding. An absolutely terrible experience with the houses in very bad condition and some of the bathrooms barely usable. One of the showers fell out of the wall while using and they asked to keep a 265 dollar deposit to repair. Check out was at 10am and they came to all 4 rental homes without permission at 8am then charged 100 euro because beds weren’t unmade and trash wasn’t out and it wasn’t near checkout time. Do not stay here. The owner is unfair and unkind and the houses are in terrible upkeep.

Lage Top. Die Toskana ist wunderschön. Weiterempfehlung der Unterkunft ein klares Nein. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kein Betrieb der Poolbar. Am Pool Duschen und WC kaputt, nicht nutzbar. Als Gast also keine Erfrischung wie Kaffee oder ein kaltes Getränk wie man es sich im Urlaub wünscht erhältlich. Um sich zu erleichtern mussten die Gäste ins Gebüsch gehen!! Der "Kaffeeautomat" im Restaurant war verdreckt und der "Kaffee, Cappucino u.s.w. ungenießbar. Alles, wirklich alles in der Anlage bedarf eine Erneuerung, Reparatur und Sanierung. Wer in der Küche im Appartment kochen möchte , sollte alle Utensilien mitbringen. Geschirrtuch, Küchentücher, alles so Kleinigkeiten, Fehlanzeige Handtuchwechsel oder Reinigung findet nicht statt. Möchte man ein Extrahandtuch für den Pool, soll man für die Reinigung zahlen. In Zukunft werde ich Unterkünfte in denen Begriffe wie rustikaler landestypischer Charme vorkommen, meiden.

Love the place. Stayed twice so far. The first time rooms were more comfortable with sofas. Second time just two little armchairs, not as comfortable. Lovely outdoor views, very quiet area. Good value for money.

Eccellente struttura immersa nella natura, tra ulivi e vigneti. Ottima organizzazione e gestione dalla zona relax con ampia piscina alla cucina con una nota speciale per la colazione con squisiti prodotti della zona. Ci ritorneremo più che volentieri.
