Pleasant staff, lovely huge room with Seaview. Bed was massive, bathroom towels were lovely and fluffy. The breakfast had a great selection to suit all and tasted lovely. We would stay at this accommodation again however it is a little too quiet for us and therefore would be the only reason we may not

Buen hotel en los Alcázares junto al ayuntamiento, en pleno centro junto al paseo Real de la feria en la que está lleno de locales de restauración ; y muy cerquita tb del paseo marítimo. El hotel está prácticamente nuevo, en los buffet no es que haya mucha variedad pero lo que tienen es bastante bueno 👍 , de calidad. A mí mujer le encantó la cama, bastante cómoda y amplia; y el baño completo y con espacio suficiente como para dejar tus cosas de aseo personal y tenerlo todo a mano. El personal es bastante amable y servicial, tanto recepcionistas, camareros o servicio de la limpieza, buena experiencia. Disponen también de un chiringuito en la playa ; el chinguito está bastante bien ,la única pega por poner algo es la playa, debido a las últimas lluvias de los días anteriores ; estaba llena de fango y no nos pudimos meter en ella( una pena). Por lo demás todo muy bien, me encantó el hotel ,la ubicación de la que dispone y en pleno centro.

Accueil très chaleureux et très à l’écoute de nos besoins. La qualité des équipements est excellent (lit, climatisation, balcon) petit déjeuner très complet et même plus. A noter un fait particulier: les personnes à la réception nous ont aidé alors que nous avions un problème de communication avec notre transporteur aérien. Ceci nous a été d’une aide sans laquelle nous aurions eu beaucoup de difficultés.

Beautiful hotel, staff great. Rooms very spacious and spotless. Hotel in fantastic position near the beach where there is a hotel chirinquito with sun beds and umbrellas. Easy walk to 525 square. Lots of little bars, restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. Only downside was no balcony chairs, but just a little ******.

Very bad location can’t access with a car as advertised and also in a bad looking area
Went around to try and get to hotel after a while got frustrated and gave up and drove away to another hotel

Excellent from the welcome, and throughout our stay, rooms very comfortable and extremely clean, breakfast was spot on with loads of choice, The location was Ideal, whether walking on the promenade or dining at one of the local bars, cafes and restaurants Bus stop outside the hotel, easy to get to Cartenna which is well worth a visit, highly recommended We would certainly stay here again on our next visit

This hotel is a gem, with well-appointed rooms (go for the "Sea View" rooms if you can, to see the sun rise over the Mar Menor), a first-rate staff and the best breakfast of the three hotels I stayed in during this trip to Spain. Walking distance to several great dining options (highly recommend the Bar Restaurant El Delfin), and to the walkway along the beach, as well. I hope to stay at this hotel again during my next trip to Los Alcázares!

This is a terrific spot in February. It was very quiet, a block from the water, tons of restaurants, super clean, friendly, parking for our car underground was cheap, breakfast was A and Los Alcazares itself is a gem. Sunny, cold at night but perfect for us. This was a chance stay for two days and we will try to get back when we have a few weeks. Everything seems boarded up for the winter but at 18C and sunny we found it was a perfect time to visit. Meals were wonderful and inexpensive compared to home town Canada. Terrific stay, highly recommended at least at Feb/March. I know this place gets full later in the season but this was a terrific time to visit.

Beach bar food and service is shocking ! A huge let down for the hotel. Firstly the staff walked past us four times not once did they even say hello never mind provide a service, eventually after asking we got served. We opted for the nachos & ham and cheese croquettes (4) to share to say it was horrific is putting it lightly it was basically a packet of nachos on a place and two small servings of dips in plastic containers on the side with 4 frozen ham and cheese croquettes! The fact the over charge also didn’t help, upon paying they didn’t even recall we were there.
