He tenido una oportunidad de disfrutar un fin de semana en este hotel con SPA junto a mis amigas, y la experiencia fue simplemente perfecta. Las instalaciones del SPA son impecables, con un ambiente relajante que nos ayudó a desconectar por completo. El personal fue siempre atento y muy profesional, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos realmente bien cuidadas. Queremos hacer un agradecimiento muy especial al Gerente del Holet (ALFONSO), quien se mostró muy comprensivo con un pequeño percance que hemos tenido. Nuestra estancia fuera impecable y nos brindó un trato cercano y cordial que marcó la diferencia. Su dedicación hizo que todo fuera aún mejor. Las habitaciones eran cómodas y espaciosas, ideales para descansar después de un día en el spa. Sin duda, una experiencia que repetiremos y recomendaremos a todas nuestras amigas. ¡Gracias por todo!

No recomendable, caro y un servicio no acorde a lo que ofertan. No merece la pena y, es una lástima porque el paraje es idílico y la experiencia podría ser otra. Los socorristas tienen un trato hacia los niños intolerable, nada profesional y lejos de dar un buen servicio.

tuvimos problemas en la habitación, de la ducha salía un olor insoportable el segundo día teníamos una pareja de cucarachas en la habitación y la puerta de la ducha estaba descolgada, cuando le transmitimos esto al director del hotel su reacción fue como si la cosa no fuese lo suficientemente importante y no le importase el bienestar de sus clientes una gran decepción.Fuimos en familia y cogimos 3 habitaciones ,elegimos este hotel 4* para tener un buen recuerdo de viaje en familia y nada más lejos de la realidad. Gran decepción, pusimos una reclamacion pero lo peor fue la indiferencia de su director, no recomiendo este hotel a nadie.

Balneario genial comida pésima. Hace una semana estuvimos 3 dias en balneario, vamos la pareja todos los años desde hace 5 años, el balneario muy bien pero las habitaciones cada vez mas viejas, este año ya el colmo mobiliario para tirar. El Albornoz 3 dias con el mismo, nos lo poníamos por la mañana para bajar al balneario , nos hacían habitación y viendo que no había uno para llevarse no nos ponían uno limpio, teníamos que ir otra vez por la tarde con el albornoz ya mojado y en Diciembre al volver del baneario que esta a 500 metro desde hotel Thermas llegabamos helados, El colmo ya el restaurante Telmas, te dan a elegir entre 4 primeros 4 segundos y 4 postres, todo congelado, mal condimentado, insuso...lo peor es que no tienes donde comer si no comes dentro del recinto, coger coche y irte al pueblo de Archena supone un trastorno, es comer y cenar mar toooodos los dias. que pena porque me encantaba pero este años hemos vuelto a casa hartos del Hotel y Restaurante, dudo que vuelva

Todo perfecto desde el hotel el lugar donde está piscinas atención comida servicio etcétera etcétera las instalaciones muy bien cuidada desde la calle hasta el interior las piscinas increíbles es para estar una semana sin salir de ahí. sencillamente espectacular

Habitación 23:No puedes abrir ninguna de las dos ventanas por el olor a darro insoportable que viene de la zona que da a la terraza del ****** amén de que te ven los que están sentados en dicha terraza con ese olor. En cuanto a los albornoces, prácticos para acceder al complejo termal pero inadecuado para entrar a comer con esta prenda dentro del comedor, no se trata de ir de etiqueta es que resulta totalmente improcedente y desagradable. Deberían subsanar estas anomalías.

Fuimos a pasar el día con un pack de smartbox y todo fueron pegas y más pegas, la chica súper antipática con nada de ganas de ayudar , hasta el punto que decidimos pagar la entrada del día para evitar más lío y le pedimos el descuento de familias y no faltó por parte de la chica mala cara y menos ganas de atendernos . De verdad que al ir con mi madre y mis hijos no quise decir nada pero me parece tan mal ese trato . Es mucho más fácil ser amable la gente va allí a pasar un buen día. No volveremos más y los packs de Smartbox los cambiaré para no volver allí . Deberían comprobar la amabilidad del personal solo hay que observarlas un rato . Empatía chicas / amabilidad/ sonrisa / atención al cliente / trata a los demás como te gustaría que te tratasen a ti / Gracias/
