Cuando pagas la reserva el precio no incluye 10€ por día del uso de aire acondicionado. Me parece una auténtica estafa y debería incluirse en el precio. Por otro lado es un estudio con cocina pero no tenía lo básico como un horno o simplemente un escurridor para la pasta. Te dan dos sobres de champú y gel para dos personas, ridículo esas cantidades. Francamente decepcionada. No te avisan de que tienes que girar la botella de butano y la llave del gas para usar tanto el termo como la encimera con lo que el primer día me duché con agua fría.

The apartment was great! We were in the top floor and the views were amazing! The apartment is perfect for holiday, short or long as you have fridge and the kitchen to cook. I was very impressed with the bathroom as it is very comfortable and plenty of space. We had a balcony and it was very good to hang the towels outside. We did not try the gym or the restaurant so I cannot say much about it. The surroundings are great, they have a minigolf and also a playground for children which is very good for family. The outdoor Swimmingpool looked great but we didn’t go either. Near the hotel there are bars, restaurant and shops to buy food, very handy. Lo lo

Decepcionante y de la época del NO-DO; ¿habitación o sauna? la habitación sirve de escenario por si hubiera otra temporada de Cuéntame, anticuada no , lo siguiente, si me dicen que fue refugio durante la Guerra Civil, lo creo.¿Limpieza?¿ qué es eso? la habitación de Torrente una patena al lado de esta. Del calor que hace en la habitación si traes huevos salen pollitos. Muy buena idea dejar q haya mascotas en las habitaciones, pero no se lo tomen tan enserio porque las cucarachas de la mía parecía q tenían llave, casi llamo a Desokupa. Tener que pagar 10 euros diarios por el aire acondicionado estando en Murcia es como cobrar la calefacción en La Ponia, una distopia. En el aparcamiento ni el mismísimo Toreto se atreve a meter el coche; En cuanto a la comida he visto más variedad en menús del día, poca variedad y muy repetitiva ,fritanga, patatas congeladas y el plato de la casa que no falta ni un solo día : las natillas, se repiten más que el telediario, creo que he comido más natillas en una semana que en toda mi vida. Mención especial para el hombre del mostacho que vive en recepción, no he visto persona menos resolutiva, parece calamares en el Crustáceo Crugiente. Los camareros muy malos pero por el precio que cuestan las vacaciones que mínimo que el agua esté incluido en la pensión COMPLETA.

NUNCA VOLVERÉ
Ha sido horrible, muy sucia la habitación, todo muy viejo, sin aire acondicionado solo en el salón y además hay que pagarlo aparte y aún pagándolo al dormitorio no llega el fresquito. Noche horrible de calor con solo un ventilador de techo y el que duerme en el salón con el aire acondicionado se resfría. Vamos todo horrible

Slow service. Took four hours to get a wine opener. Had also asked for a knife (every kitchen needs a knife) which they forgot. Didn’t care to ask for service on the none functioning fan since we realised we would be long gone before they had fixed it. Not one person in the staff smiled to us during the stay.
The apartment was in clear need of a renovation. Would say it is not more than a 2 star hotel.
