El hotel está muy bien habitado,es bonito, pero la habitación necesita una renovación. Vistas preciosas. Cama incómoda, te vas de lado. La comida horrible, me pasé la estancia comiendo fruta y gazpacho. Arroces que no se podían ni comer. El todo incluido, decepcionante. Colas para pedir una bebida en el chiringuito. Con vasos de plástico muy antihistamínicos. Todo de máquina hasta el café. Falta de personal, que parece que trabajan 24 horas. Muy poca amabilidad. Solo amabilidad en recepción, aunque no me solucionaron el cambio de habitación, no se podía hacer la siesta de la música tan alta en la piscina. La limpieza de la habitación al llegar, muy mal. No por las pobres señoras de la limpieza si no porque no Dan a basto. Los camareros del chiringuito muy amables. Y la animación muy bien. Hacen lo que pueden.Tenias que ir con unas fichas que te daban, para pedir la bebida, y devolver los vasos. Aún teniendo la pulsera del todo incluido. En el comedor un caos. Jamás he visto un cuatro estrellas tan cutre. Los desayunos bien, pero lo demás no había variedad ni cálidas. Por lo demás el hotel está bonito. Una lástima. Porque tiene mucho potencial si lo gestionarán bien

Primero decir que a día de hoy calidad precio está muy bien. Personal amable, habitaciones limpias y con camas cómodas. El todo incluido ha mejorado algo respecto a la última vez que estuvimos, aparte de frutos secos que era lo unico que tenian, ahora dan patatas fritas y unos rosquitos tipo triskis para tomar con la cervecita, ademas en las bebidas no solo dan marcas de la zona también algunas de importación. Y hay suficiente personal para que las colas no sean eternas. Respecto al buffet no está nada mal, como ya dije calidad precio muy bien, no es que sea muy variado pero si lo suficiente y todo bien cocinado que es lo importante. La única pega seria la colocación de algunos alimentos tanto en el desayuno como en las comidas, que por las colas que se forman para la cocina en vivo parece que te quieras colar al ir a servirte declis mismos, hay quien lo entienda y quien te pone mala cara. Opinión resumida, buen precio agradable estancia y sin duda volveremos.

No merece la pena pagar 4 estrellas con esta calidad de alimentos y con tantas colas tanto en los ascensores, como en el comedor. Colas y Stress para todo lo referente a comer. Por otro lado, estás en un 4 estrellas y tienes que recoger tu vaso y llevarlo a la barra, sino no te sirven mas. Increíble.
