Hotel Lodomar Spa & Talasoterapia

First time at this hotel but have used many hotels over the years in this resort as a four-star hotel I would rate it on the lower four stars staff was a little hit and miss at times left standing for nearly ten minutes with ice creams in my hand? and one evening i was the second person at the bar the barman knew I was waiting but managed to serve five customers then walked away i had to call him back to request bar service, Pool area was nice and clean with clean fresh towels and always sun loungers empty pool was the best outdoor pool it was like a bath ( only open this year July August ) could have stayed in it all day long the lifeguard spent a lot of time on his mobile which is a concern when you have small children in and around the pool area. the kid's entertainment lady? well, she may as well have not been there we had an active two-year-old in our group and she never once approached us the. we stayed in both front sea view rooms and also their apartments. sea view rooms were nice but a little dated and I have to say the beds were the worse hard beds ever like sleeping on concrete? if you don't have a back problem when you come to leave you will have not 4-star beds at all. the apartments appear to sit around the corner away really from the hotel down a local street they offer ground-floor or first-floor apartments ground floor apartments are not very private even with the small hedge in front the hotel offers parking but lots of on-street parking around the local area if you do not mind a short walk the beach is a flat easy 10 minute walk away so to the mud baths. the spa within the hotel was a little expensive but very nice and the saltwater pool offers something different but please remember hats and googles

Great place to stay, short walk to beach, to the mud pool and the pier walk to windmill, also have a great place to rent paddleboards, kayaks, windsurf boards and boats. Staff very friendly and helpful with anything. Been 2 times now to Hotel Lodomar.

Hotel Lodomar is on the outskirts of the resort. about a 15 min walk to the main part of the town. The hotel has rooms and apartment, we stayed in one of the apartments which also gave us full access to the hotel facilities. The apartments could do with a bit of an upgrade to the bathroom as there was mould in the shower. Also the fridge did not work as well as I would have expected. The beds are very hard which may not suit all. We found BBC1 on the TV which was an added bonus we were not expecting. The facilities in the kitchen area were excellent with enough kitchen utensils. the sofa was comfortable and the balcony had room for a table and two chairs. Towels and bedding good quality. The hotel pool was very nice with plenty of sunbeds. Hotel reception and bar staff were excellent and spoke good English and were always happy to help. There is a restaurant but didn't use it therefore unable to comment but it seemed busy. We did have lunch in the bar area with a reasonable amount of choice but mostly used a small Spanish restaurant behind the hotel for our lunch which was very nice. The hotel rooms and apartments tariff are extremely reasonable. We hope to return next year.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff especially in the restaurant. Food excellent, my husband loved all the fresh cooked fish. We were full board with wine and water at each meal - fantastic value. Lovely views of the salt flats and sea and flamingos and other birds. We did the spa circuit every day which we enjoyed very much although sauna wasn't working but there was a very hot steam room. Had a massage and mud bath too when there. Room and all areas extremely clean, very hard working staff. Swimming pool great too Fantastic stay in this hotel and would definitely go back

Enjoyed a 3 night stay in an appartment and 1 night in hotel. Both ground floor appartment with terrace and hotel room had everything you need for a great stay, comfy, clean and spacious. Room 321, had excellent sea views. Breakfast a must, bar food good, Spa amazing. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend either.

Everything was absolutely fantastic Nothing to fault or complain about From check in - our apartment (709) - cleaning - facilities- pool - spa - bar - to check out …. All staff and everything was excellent Highly recommended I will definitely return when next in the area

Its a good place to go. Not far from the beaches and it's flat. Went away at the end of the season. Rooms are comfortable and clean and they tick the boxes.

Highly recommend Lodomar Hotel. We stayed in 2023 and came back again in 2024. The views of the adjacent Salt Lakes and birds is spectacular. The hotel is modern with spacious comfortable rooms. All staff work hard to make your stay a good experience. We stayed on a B&B basis in the main hotel block. Our maid kept the room scrupulously clean. The waitress in the bar was always welcoming and quick to serve, and breakfast was good. There is also a low level block of self catering apartments, possibly without the views. There is a good selection of local Tapas bars nearby.
