We had Christmas lunch in the restaurant and we couldn't fault it. Course after course of excellent food with drinks included for only 49 euro's. The staff were attentive and helpful and the surroundings modern yet comfortable. We will definitely be back. A great addition to Cabo!

Hemos estado alojados en el hotel y la limpieza de la habitación brillaba por su ausencia. El primer día de nuestra estancia se supone que la habitación tenía que estar recién arreglada pero todo lo contrario. El baño sucio, con pelos en el suelo y en la ducha, polvo y pelos acumulado en todas las esquinas. El dosificador de champú completamente vacío... Durante nuestra estancia, que fueron 3 noches, no pasaron el aspirador/escoba ni un solo día, la limpieza en el baño durante esos días totalmente ausente, es más ni se molestaron en colocar la bolsa de basura dentro de la papelera. Entiendo que es un hotel de 3 estrellas pero creo que la limpieza es algo primordial. Quizás al ser un hotel de reciente apertura todavía no han dado con el personal adecuado. Vergonzoso! Me puse mala por el calor (el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en todo el hotel) y tuvimos que dormir a 25 grados. Les pedí un reembolso de la segunda noche, ya que nos tuvimos que ir, y no lo han aceptado. El problema fue el hotel, deberían haberse hecho cargo y no lo hicieron. La solución que me dio el recepcionista que estaba a la noche fue: habrán la ventana! Profesionalidad cero! Y después me dicen que me ofrecieron cambiar a otra habitación! Para que? Si no había aire en ninguna y era insoportable !!!

Hotel is new and modern. Location, service and design are perfect. The balcony of our room was huge with two sun-beds. Roof terrace has amazing views, bar and a jacuzzi. Restaurant has English breakfast and buffet with great variety of food.
