Si sa che ciascuno ha le proprie aspettative. È stata la nostra prima volta in Sardegna x 18 giorni. Camera superior con giardino. Mare...non servono commenti perché meraviglioso e a due gradini dal resort. Ho persino adorato fare la doccia immersa nei fiori. Mi voglio soffermare sulla disponibilità e gentilezza di TUTTI ma propri TUTTI coloro che lavorano al freebeach. Le signore delle pulizie meravigliose, lo staff del bar sempre con il sorriso e gli animatori per piccoli e grandi, Federica che ci ha scattato non so quante foto. Sempre con il sorriso e tanta gentilezza. Cosa non scontata solo perché uno paga. Al ristorante, nonostante il ricco buffet, il cuoco mi teneva sempre da parte pesce o carne da fare al momento per la mia intolleranza e ogni richiesta veniva soddisfatta. I bagnini, preparazione e gentilezza estrema. Gli animatori lo fanno con una preparazione e voglia mai trovata prima E che dire per i più grandi: marco e tutti gli altri fantastici musicisti ci intrattenevano sempre, mai invadenti, sempre professionali e divertenti. Mai trovato in nessun villaggio girato in 35 anni. Insomma io tornerei subito, senza nemmeno disfare le valigie .

Struttura ben curata con servizi all'altezza. Ottima la posizione, la spiaggia, mare stupendo, camere comode e con privacy assicurata. Ristorante adeguato (Bouganville). Un plauso particolare allo staff sempre pronto e molto accogliente.

L'esperienza alla reception di LORENA è stata davvero piacevole , gentile e disponibile, sempre con il sorriso e pronta ad aiutarci nelle nostre richieste. È stata molto efficiente, professionale e attenta ai dettagli. Tutto molto pulito dalla reception al ristorante e camere. Anche in spiaggia i bagnini molto gentili e tutto in ordine e pulito. Il mare bellissimo !!!Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel e la sua accogliente reception!"

Mare magnifico, struttura bellissima. Alcune cose sono migliorabili per arrivare all'eccellenza: manca il wifi in camera, la qualità e la varietà del cibo non sempre sono alta, mancano dei lettini a sufficienza nella zona piscina, i bagnini sono un po' "dormienti", le persone che si spostano all'interno del resort per le pulizie, la manutenzione, etc viaggiano troppo velocemente e questo è un pò pericoloso soprattutto per i bambini. Sicuramente quello che fa la differenza è l'animazione: questi ragazzi regalano ricordi indimenticabili ed emozioni uniche!

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa! Il Resort è bellissimo, curato nei dettagli e molto pulito, sia per quanto riguarda le camere che le zone comuni. Mare e spiaggia caraibici, ma la differenza l'ha fatta lo staff di animazione composto da ragazzi strepitosi che ci hanno fatto divertire tantissimo! Sono sempre presenti dal mattino alla sera e si vede chiaramente quanto credano in ciò che fanno. Di solito non torniamo mai nello stesso posto, ma questa potrebbe essere l'eccezione che conferma la regola!

Ottimo resort sul mare, animazione impeccabile e coinvolgente, camere classiche con tutto il necessario, giardini curati in modo ineccepibile, ed il ristorante centrale veramente di qualità. Tra il personale, spicca il maitre TONY, per la sua professionalità, simpatia e cura del cliente. Tutto lo staff del ristorante centrale, a partire da Tony, ti accoglie sempre con il sorriso e rimane a piena disposizione del cliente, un merito anche a tutti i giovani ragazzi di sala sempre educati ed efficienti. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!! Un resort adatto a tutte l’età!!

Ottima organizzazione e cibo. Animazione non invadente ma di altissimo livello tecnico che in punta di piedi ti coinvolge. La facilità di intrattenimento deriva dalla capacità tecnica ed empatica degli animatori. Ottima esperienza.

Appena rientrati da una settimana fantastica , villaggio molto bello e curato a due passi dal mare , mare meraviglioso dalle mille sfumature . Animazione “presente ma non invadente “ con spettacoli serali divertenti e sempre diversi , ragazzi sempre cortesi e disponibili , un grande applauso per tutto il lavoro che fanno per rendere al top le vacanze di adulti e bambini , vedere un anfiteatro che balla “ mio mini pony “ non è da tutti . Pulizia delle camere sempre perfetto , cambio giornaliero della biancheria da bagno e alla richiesta di un ulteriore cuscino le addette si sono subito adoperate e in 5 minuti il cuscino era già preste nella stanza . Ristorazione meravigliosa con grande varietà di pesce e carne , noi eravamo nel ristorante del corpo centrale e ci siamo trovati benissimo , Tony il maitre sempre disponibile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti presenti . Un grande ringraziamento a Michela e Emanuela , disponibili , sorridenti , cortesi . Questo resort è stato una grande scoperta , in una zona meravigliosa della Sardegna , il Nostro e un arrivederci al prossimo anno. Grazie per aver reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile.
