We stayed three nights here. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the ferry station. Breakfast was good and has good variety. Probably the best hotel on the island until we received really bad service which lost all marks on our last morning of stay which I’ll elaborate later. We had to catch the first flight and needed to have a quick breakfast before departure after our stay. Since we stayed there for three nights, we had breakfast and also dinned in their outlets throughout our stay, we were surprised the staff told us they don’t have our records on the last morning, we are not seated for breakfast and had to wait for them, it would be better if we get seated to allow hotel to sort it out since we have to leave for our flights. Unfortunately the staff also told us “they have hundreds of guest so it’s not possible to recognize us”. “There is no record”, and after waiting for over 10 min they came back and told us again “there is no record”. I asked to sort out the matter with the manager and they just told us we can walk over to the counter while there is a long queue of guests. Without cutting the line I waited at the lobby. After the staff at the counter also did not follow up about the situation after the queue was cleared or apologize for the rude attitude. We left the hotel after they ruined our experience at Venice. The entire good experience was lost due to lack of hospitality service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, and it is a disgrace of the Hyatt brand.

Clean close your bus stop

Amazing facilities and duplex with friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Immediately next to the vaporetto public transport ferry pier/ dock: 25 minutes away from the "main island" of San Marco and Cannaregio.

1. Iron and ironing board should be a standard equipment in room. 2. Breakfast is good with a very wide variety of food and drinks. 3. Complimentary transfer from train station or airport should be provided.

No adapters available at reception which is a standard in other Hyatt’s.

Hard to find food hotel food not much choice

The environment is comfortable, the room is clean, and the bed is clean and comfortable. The island has beautiful and poetic scenery. The location is convenient in that the Murano Museo A pier is right in front of the door, and it is very easy to take the 4.1 and DMP water buses to the main island. Be careful, the boat runs every 20 minutes. The hotel is also close to the supermarket Coop

I had high expectations because it was a Hyatt, but it was a big disappointment. The photos on trip.com and on their website showed that the king bed room had a bathtub, but it didn't. My room was on the first floor and the door connecting the hotel and lobby was close by, so the sound of the door opening and closing was so loud I couldn't sleep. The hotel staff spoke English with a strong Italian accent, so it was very difficult to understand. However, the location is very good as it is in front of the pier.

It's quite good. The price is affordable. It's a chain brand. There's a pier at the door and a supermarket next door.

The hotel services and facilities are good, relatively new, much better than the expensive and old hotels on the main island of Venice. There are several conditions, if you meet them, I recommend you to stay here: 1. You have a lot of luggage and are willing to spend money on water taxis. I contacted the hotel repeatedly before, and the hotel said that you need to book a package to provide free airport pick-up and drop-off services. So I booked a package price package of more than 9,000 on the official website, but the hotel ignored my airport pick-up reservation at all. So I chose an ordinary reservation of more than 5,000 (duplex king-size bed room, two nights), and spent 240 euros on a taxi (including round trip). It seems expensive, but after all, I have a lot of luggage and I can go back and forth freely. The taxi goes directly to the hotel door, how convenient. 2 Because I live in Murano Island, I am willing to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Murano Island most of the time. It takes 50 minutes to take an ordinary cruise from the hotel door to San Marco. The cabin is very hot and sunny in summer. We stayed for three days, and we only went to San Marco on one day, and the rest of the time was in Murano Island. Although Murano Island does not have many attractions, it is less crowded and quiet, and the experience is very good. To be fair, the hotel is still good, and I am willing to go again.

The hotel is cost-effective, the rooms are relatively simple, and the pier at the door is convenient for travel. There is a good local restaurant next to the hotel.
