酒店距離車站約10分鐘路程，接待職員十分有禮貌、解釋詳盡；房間可以看到湖景，房間內樓底高，感覺舒適；枕頭床舖一齊也很好，只是不知為何鐵管每隔半小時就發出「撻」的聲響。早餐正常，坐位不會太逼。整體而言，很不錯的酒店！

Traumhaft schönes, mit viel Liebe geführtes kleines Haus (24 Zimmer) in sehr guter Lage mitten in Locarno. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum See, zum Bahnhof, in die Altstadt und an die Promenade. Zauberhafte Gastgeberinnen, sehr gepflegte Zimmer, leckeres kleines Frühstücksbuffet (alles frisch) sowie kostenlose Parkplätze hinter dem Haus. Wir waren schon oft in Locarno in verschiedenen Hotels - dieses ist unser Lieblingsplatz. Sollten wir wieder mal in Locarno sein, wird es ganz sicher wieder im HHL sein. Euch weiterhin viel Erfolg und Freude mit Eurem Haus. Herzliche Grüße aus Luxemburg

Hotel pulito, proprietarie molto gentili e disponibili e grazie ai loro suggerimenti ci hanno permesso di visitare una zona di Locarno a noi sconosciuta. Colazione buona (aggiungerei solo qualche torna fatta in casa) e molto attenti a intolleranze ed allergie.

Im Home Hotel Locarno fühlt man sich wohl und geborgen. Die Gastgeberinnen sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer (Cosy Zimmer mit Balkon und Seesicht) war zwar klein und der Balkon sehr klein mit teilweiser Seesicht, jedoch hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr bequemes King-Size-Bett, gute Bettwäsche, funktionierende Dusche. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Sehr bequemes Ein- und Auschecken online. Parkplätze nur wenige (10) vorhanden, wir mussten jeweils nebenan parken. Kein Problem. Wer zuerst da ist, hat den Parkplatz :-) Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, gute Qualität, Eierspeisen immer frisch und warm, frischer Obstsalat, Müsli, Käse, Schinken, Salami, alles da. Wunderbares Tessinerbrot und Croissants. Alles wurde sofort wieder aufgefüllt, sehr aufmerksam! Die Lage ist top, fussläufig zum Bahnhof, ins Zentrum von Locarno und die Ticino-Card gibts kostenlos dazu. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wir wären sehr gerne noch länger geblieben. Home Hotel können wir ohne Einschränkung empfehlen! Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Da wir erst um 18.30 eintrafen und die Reseption nicht mehr besetzt war, wurde ein Schlüssel hinterlegt. Alle nötigen Informationen bekamen wir per Mail. Es hat alles super geklappt. Es war ihnen wichtig, dass wir immer gut umsorgt waren. Wir haben uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt.
