We booked this hotel for our parents who are celebrating their wedding anniversary. They really enjoyed their stay. The room is clean and the buffet breakfast is really good.

Bathroom toilet yellowish. Pool is not available for morning swim. So frustrating that the pool cleaner calls out my son for playing in the pool. Doesn’t want to wet (or clean) the area? 🤣🤣🤣
The only good thing in this hotel is the location, walking distance and very near the Festival mall.

1. There were no mosquitoes, so this is the first time I haven't been bitten by a mosquito during a business trip to Southeast Asia.
2. The guides and staff open all doors for me when I pass through. It was so comfortable that I felt sorry.
3. I was able to eat breakfast on the 31st floor outdoor terrace, but there was confusion because a guest who didn't know where to sit was seated, so I gave in and was able to eat comfortably and enjoyably during a less crowded time.
4. I had some free time during my 4-day stay, so I was able to exercise at the 31st floor gym, and with the help of a trainer who lent me sneakers, I was able to exercise twice. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the trainer once again.
5. When you first use the hotel, please tell them that the grap is on the 3rd floor. I found the delivery food on the 1st floor, but I found out a long time later that it arrived on the 3rd floor. From now on, I think it would be good to explain to new guests that the 3rd floor is where grap delivery arrives.
