The front of the house staff do not know how to smile while interacting with guest .only the housekeeping and the waiters are most attentive with the request that i made even the FOH supervisor was smiling i dont feel the Local Filipinos are welcome in Crimson Hotel

The room was spacious and incredibly clean. Plus, the view from our room was amazing. There was a great food selection during the breakfast, and we truly appreciated the attentiveness of all the staff. In a nutshell, it was a wonderful stay!

I wanted to share my thoughts on our recent stay. I really appreciated the cozy look of the hotel and the comfort of the rooms. However, I found the TV area a bit plain, and I think placing the cabinet beside the bed would make the space feel more spacious. Breakfast was impressive. Outstanding service, value for money, luxurious accommodations, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We left feeling relaxed and well rested, already planning our return visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay here, the staffs are friendly, our room is very neat, clean, cold, and has the requested items we asked. My daughter specifically wants to come back here and celebrate her birthday. As for me, I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, lots of varieties of food, their corned beef and garlic rice is a must try! Over-all, this is one of the best 5-star hotels that we had stayed, keep it up!

The hotel facilities are very new, the decoration environment is very good, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the service staff is good. It is suitable for business trips and tourism, with convenient transportation. It is recommended to stay.

Room is not spacious. Car park not available. No kettle for hot water (drink) in the room. Very limited choice for food. Hotel price does not justify the amenities. At least the crew provided phone charger, so I'm giving them 4 for service.

Pet friendly hotel. I love it! We had a super nice stay, thank you Parque for making my bird that happy with my furbaby!
