Schones Hotel mit kleinem, sauberen Zimmer und kleinem Balkon mit Blick auf die Mosel. Gutes Frühstück und sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Leider ist der Preis nicht angemessen.

Voor een 3 sterren hotel was dit een zeer schoon en net hotel. Sommige 4 sterren hotels kunnen hier nog van leren. Leuk hotel voor een paar dagen midden in het centrum!

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders beim Check in.Zimmer sauber und Platz war ausreichend vorhanden. Frühstück alles da was man gerne hätte. Leider keine Klimaanlage,bei 31 Grad nicht so toll.Hätte man gerne einen Ventilator bereitstellen können. Gibt auch keinen kleinen Kühlschrank.Parken für 9 € / Tag war auch völlig ok,das Parhaus keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Im Rahmen einer Fahrradtour hier übernachten. Der Checkin digital ist gut gemeint aber nicht gut gemacht. Lage zentral aber durch den morgendlichen Lieferverkehr (6Uhr) sehr laut. Frühstück für einen guten Start in den Tag war gut. Etwas unpersönlich das Hotel.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und das Servicepersonal sehr nett. Leider waren für mich die Matratzen zu hart :-( (Aber das ist wie immer relativ :-))

Zimmer werden unter dem Aspekt von Ökologie nicht täglich gereinigt,aber am Zimmerpreis wird nichts abgezogen!Bei fünf Übernachtungen ist einmal „geputzt „worden,die Bettwäsche etwas gestreckt und das war’s,nicht einmal den Boden gekehrt!!!!Parkieren ist auch ein Problem,für €17 am Tag einen Aussenparkplatz in der Oberstadt, erreichbar mit einer umständlichen Anfahrt.Das Restaurant im Hotel ist gut,aber für Örtliche Verhältnisse zu Teuer.Betten sind auch nicht die Bequemsten.Fazit-eher ein anderes Hotel.
