The location and view of the room are very beautiful! The hotel has a lake view balcony which is very comfortable, the breakfast terrace is also great, the room facilities are clean and tidy, but the cost of an extra bed for a child is very expensive, 77 euros, which is equivalent to half of the room rate for one night. The service is pretty good.

Kein Service, Selbst-Check In und Out, kein Kaffee auf dem Zimmer, Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Renovierungsstau überall. Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht.

Das Hotel Karl Müller hat uns mit einem Rumdum-Wohlfühl-Paket umsorgt. Die schöne und entspannte Atmosphäre des Hauses, das schöne Zimmer, die zentrale Lage mitten in Cochem und vor allem das Personal: so aufmerksam und freundlich!! Nicht unerwähnt soll das sehr gute Essen des Hotelrestaurant bleiben!

Hotel Karl Muller is a nice hotel with a grate location by the Mosel. Close to a variety of restaurants and adventures. Recommend you to rent a bike and travel up streams. Unfortunately doesn't Karl Muller have a accessable entrance if you have a wheelchair or in some way have a disability.

Ein insgesamt gutes Hotel, den Teppichboden sollte man allerdings entfernen und beispielsweise durch einen Laminatboden ersetzen.

Zimmer mit Balkon sehr schön. Ein herlicher Blick auf die Mosel. Sehr Zentral gelegen. Die Dusche ist sehr Klein. Und die Schalter in der Kopfwand sind stöhrent.

The location is in the center of Cochem but we didn't hear street noise inside our room even though our room overlooked the town and river. We were disappointed that there was no one to check us in when we arrived at 19:30 We had to use the computer for a self check in. There was no way to contact the hotel with any questions. We didn't know where to go for our prepaid breakfast. There is no luggage storage area - guests had to leave their luggage in the main hallway Our room was clean and comfortable and we had refrigerator and couch in our room. The shower was tiny. The hotel did not have the personal, welcoming feel that we were expecting.
