A chance find in early September 2023. Sits on Hundsruck plateau above Mosel Valley and close to Kastellaun. Called back for full meal which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. Much better than the "rip off" places in Mosel and with the diversion.

Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand, großes DZ im Nebengebäude, sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frischen Zutaten, gemütlicher Frühstücksraum mit einzelnen Tischen, die Ausblick auf Garten und Wald bieten. Freundlicher Service, genügend Parkplätze.

Perfect little vacation in Lahr! The service was super friendly, from the lovely cleaner to the server at the restaurant and the owners themselves. The food was superb, homemade ice cream, perfect steak and the breakfast was amazing! They have literally everything a childrens heart could desire, from bikes to trampoline and playgrounds!

Waldesblick is een modern, schoon en gezellig hotel met vriendelijk personeel en een heel goed restaurant (ontbijt en diner). De kamer was heel ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer rustig gelegen en 's nachts heel stil en donker. Volop mogelijkheden in de omgeving om te wandelen of fietsen, zoals de Geierlay hangbrug. De Moezel is een kwartiertje rijden. Enige minpuntje waren de zeer zachte kussens op het bed, wij zijn stevigere kussens gewend.
