Wir haben zwei Nächte im Haus Niemann verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Angefangen vom Service bis zum Plausch mit den Besitzern. Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön ruhig. Das Frühstück war lecker, besonders das Rührei. Abends haben wir einen kleinen Absacker getrunken (Amerie Münsterländer), schön auf der Terrasse. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder in Zimmer buchen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Leider herrschte auf dem Flur zu den Zimmern ein unangenehmer Geruch. Dieser drückte sich sogar ins Zimmer. Daher war schlafen nur mit offenem Fenster möglich.

Tolles Hotel! Sauber, ordentlich, funktional. Was man nicht findet: Luxus. Den erwartet man aber auch gar nicht. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal (Familienbetrieb), gerne auch bereit für ein Schwätzchen nach dem Essen am Tisch.
Das Restaurant ist exzellent, hier kocht der Chef persönlich, und zwar auf's Allerbeste: Alles frisch zubereitet, selbst geschält, gemischt, gekocht, gewürzt und an den Tisch gebracht. Das Anschauen der Speise- und Getränkekarte ist ein Erlebnis, es gibt Dinge, die es nicht überall gibt. Eine echte Empfehlung!! Wir waren begeistert.
Die Tische waren gut besetzt, es kommen offenbar auch (besonders?) Leute wegen des Essens in's Haus Niemann.
Leute, probiert es aus, es lohnt sich.
