First of all we found a dead ant inside idly.. That was BIG turn off for us..secondly Mr " pradhan " Who came to deliver desert at night and asked for an extra spoon.. He advised us to share the spoon so he can save himself to go and get the spoon They have charged 94rs for a cup of milk for toddler and 260 rs for a baby khichdi which I don't think many resorts charges for toddlers Where previously I have stayed Pros 1) Location and the view is very good 2) there is a very small trekking trail which is good to walk Overall I believe if you order food from ala carte the taste of the food is very good but the taste of the breakfast is so boring.. It looks like chefs are completely different who makes breakfast & lunch/dinner

Location is serene and wonderful but very far from main road and its downhill 15 minutes from main road. Staff is decent. Furniture is very old and not maintained very well. Rest activities are good. Every room has clear valley view. Privacy is utmost.

The rooms were spacious, with great décor bed . The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and Resort Location is Amazing.

Very beautiful view and environment. Food and service is good. Staff’s are very friendly. Swimming pool is good. But in boon fire they played folk song while that day their customers are family members.

First and foremost point to be noted is this resort is almost 10 km away from center and we cannot get auto or cab unless we engage and road is worst. Once we came to resort means we cannot go out easily for every thing. Since we dont have options we have to take food from resort, it is expensive and less quantity. And travel cab referred by resort is not that good in fairly guiding. Instead they will motivate to take to some unteresting places ( i guess drivers will get commision as in many places in munnar ask for vehicle number. If we get a good cab and driver we can cover all the places timely and nicely. So overall rooms are good, locations is isolated and feels not secured but good mountain view. Worst road and expensive food. Finally i dont recommend
